INTRODUCTION
Understandingandleadingchangeincludeschangeinstrategy,plansanddesign,
products, service and operation's change drivers are the internal and external factors that affect
the overall all business performance. Chosen organisation is Captify is a data driven display
company which is specialising in search intelligent and media decision. This report discusses
aboutthedifferentstructureexampleswheretherehasbeenanimpactofchangeon
administration strategy and operation. This report also measure the internal and external factors
of change that affect leadership, team and individual behaviour with in organisation this report
also discuss about the different obstacle of the change and determine How they influence
leadership decision making in an organizational context. The report further discusses about the
different leadership approaches to dealing with change in a range of structure context(Atkinson,
Dörfler, and Rothfuß, 2018).

Organizational strategy is the process which adopt by companies to achieve their long term
goals. This is the world where there has been a more competition between firms and to compete
with each other, more and more operational strategies companies now adopting. Therefore, two
real world examples of organization are as follows-
CAPTIFY-it is a global leader in search intelligence service. Captify unique semantic
technology analyses billions ofmonthly investigating to power insight and medial across all the
different channels and each device. Company has also shifted its business in online platform in
order to provide better and effectual services to customers. Casptify actionable insights plat a
important role for different brand and other channels relatinglarge world trends, user interests,
real life behavior and intent signals.
NISA-recently Nisa has adopted new operational strategy to shift its business in online
platform. To remain competitive and efficient, manager of the company has developed an
effective market research. In such type of research more emphasis will be developed on recent
current trend of the market.
Similarities and differences to adopt operational strategies are as follows-

Similarities between the operational strategies of the company is that both the companies
have shifted their business in online platform, in order to develop efficiency in business. Both the
companies are doing its business in the market of groceries where to capture more customers
new online operational strategies has been adopted. Management of both the companies have
evaluated effective market research where recent trend have been analyzed. Both has developed
strategies to offer discount and to conduct proper sale at the time of festival and celebration.
