INTRODUCTIONEnvironment in which business exists is flexible in nature and it is important for managerand leader of an organization to deal with several conditions of modification in a proper style sothat company can get adequate.Understanding of change is taken as a necessary factor forenhancing business transactions much more prospering in nature. This assignment consider Cosmos Tours andThomas cook both are in operation with success in United Kingdom and there main objective issupply superior service and encourage Great Britain.TASK 1P1.
