INTRODUCTION
Change is the general transition and required business aspects which apply by all
organizations and individuals for the purpose of running and managing the activities. The
important task for all business organization is to conduct the market analysis and introduce the
products and services accordingly. This can help to develop the organizational productivity and
profitability by managing the all functions. This can be described as process of making different
by switching technology, procedure, and system for the purpose of operating and develop the
business. The environment is getting to change day by day where it is important to provide the
products and services accordingly as it maintaining higher productivity and sales of organization
(Nadim and Singh, 2019). To understand about this, Pound world has been selected that is
British value variety store that sold variety of grocery and general merchandise items for the
purpose of filling the customer requirement and providing them different benefits. The
management of such organization is able to adopt the changes and process of selling by using
new technique that can help to gain the competitive advantages and maintaining higher
productivity. The report going to be cover introduction of drivers and changes impacts, PEST
and SWOT analysis that undertaken, organizational strategy that can be used to mitigate the risk.

Overview of organizations and their changes
Change is something to be welcomed rather than dreaded. Organizational change allows
firms to establish the groundwork for long-term success. Workflows, policies, mission, team
members, infrastructure, operation, and branding are all areas of change in every organization,
inspired by real scenarios. Change occurs in any organization as a result of both internal and
external factors. In context to Pound world organization, founded in 1974 by Yorkshire,
changes involves people, culture, operations, and strategies which are used to managing the all
functions and developing the business activities. The management of such organization

operating and regulating the business continuously. As now day people are focusing home décor
and other groceries that can be used for different purpose is also introduced by organization that

incorporated in the year 1978 in Luxembourg where it employing 32000 people approximately.
This is medium size organization that focuses on market changes and internal drivers that
affected the organizational performance. When sale of such organization started to decreases
then management conducted the market analysis that states what needs to bring something new
which can attracts the large number of customers. Then management has presented the real base
technology by introducing new design and valuable of grocery that attracted the customers and
supported to develop the organizational sales (Chng and Mårtensson, 2020).

environmental scanning and supports to formulating strategic planning and maintaining

Political: It comprises of political stability, governmental together with trading policies and
taxation rates that can hamper operations of Pound World. The suddenly changes in political
system will result in governing new rules addition to regulations within UK (Miller, 2020). The
management of the organization have to modify their existing operations together with

disposable income. Due to the changing circumstances in international market, there are changes
observed in business cycle of Pound World that affects leadership, team members in addition to
individual behaviour in positive manner. For instance, during inflationary changes, prices of
organisational products decreases that attracts more customers and increases sales together with
profits margins. In addition, company build effective relations with suppliers and customers.
Social: These factors comprises of economic status, population attitude, governance,
values addition to culture that are considered by management of Pound World otherwise can
impact on individual, organisational together with team behaviour in negative aspects. For
example, using research and development activities marketers analyses preferences, demands

by considering changing circumstances. This can help to motivate the employees and get them
