It also have four leadership style such as:
Telling: in this, the leaders make decisions and also communicate
with others through effective communication. They also creates the
roles and objectives and also expect others to accept them.
Selling and coaching: In this style, leaders creates goals but they do
not open their suggestions and opinions, it means that they sell their
ideas to gain cooperation.
Participating and supporting: In this, employees take the decision
and did not involve their leaders in it.
Delegating: Leaders are responsible for its team such that they
provide minimum guidance to their workers to solve problems.
