There are different change
management model and
leadership approaches which
helps to accept the changes.
Some of them are as follows:
Situational Leadership:

It also have four leadership style such as:
 Telling: in this, the leaders make decisions and also communicate
with others through effective communication. They also creates the
roles and objectives and also expect others to accept them.
 Selling and coaching: In this style, leaders creates goals but they do
not open their suggestions and opinions, it means that they sell their
ideas to gain cooperation.
 Participating and supporting: In this, employees take the decision
and did not involve their leaders in it.
 Delegating: Leaders are responsible for its team such that they
provide minimum guidance to their workers to solve problems.

model:
It is another model that helps to
deal with a change.
As the employees of the firm are
not always happy with a change and
as a result this leads to creates
resistance between them.
This model has three stages such
that:

 Unfreeze: In this stage, the
employees of the firm realizes
that the something has to be
change and they have to deal
with strong emotions such as
impatience.
 Change: In this stage, the
changes are implemented for a
short time and employees have
to relapse from their old habits.
 Refreeze:It means that to
solidifying the change.
