INTRODUCTIONChanges is an ongoing process which is essential for organizational growth as there is afluctuation in consumer taste or preferences. Corporate world is facing a numerous of issues dueto modification in external and internal factors. For example; emergence of several foreigncompanies, changing trend, fluctuates currency rate and so on (Anderson and Anderson, 2010).Cosmetic industry is growing across the international boundaries due to maximization incustomer demands. L'oreal and Maybelline are two famous organizations in beauty industry asthey are engaged in manufacturing outstanding products for enhancing the personality of humanbeings. Therefore, assignment is focussing on need of changes at workplace by showingappropriate comparison between two popular association. Moreover, influence of macro andmicro elements on organization behaviour, leadership, team and so on are outlining in thisproject. Main objective of report is to throw lights on necessity of changes for industrydevelopment. TASK 1P1 Compare different organisational examples where there has been an impact of change on anorganisation’s strategy and operationsCosmetic industry is facing number of changes in various business activities due toemergence of various modern technologies which helps an organization at workplace.Maybelline and L'oreal both the company are famous for its qualitative products in order toenhance the overall personality of human beings (Aslan and Reigeluth, 2013). However, taste orpreferences of consumer always fluctuates due because of external and internal factors. Thus,company needs to implement modification in their current plans, policies, products and so on. Itmeans due to fluctuation in surrounding there is a need of alteration in operational strategy of anenterprise and hence forth for attaining their set targets in a defined time frame. In fact, it hasbeen identified that there is a major relationship between changes and strategies followed by anorganization and operations in various manner. Some are described as follows:- Political parties changes procedure of transferring goods across the borders due to whichMaybelline and L'oreal both have to modified their existing technique of exchangingservices. Hence, it shows the major connection between alteration and organizationalstrategies. 1

Fluctuation in consumer choice or preferences encourage enterprise to reform theircurrent products.Mismanagement of an enterprise enforce higher authority to gathered staff members foraltering their current scheme or system of running business entity.Enactment of new act regarding product buying or supplying enforce an organization todesign their scheme as per acts. After considering above situations it is identified that there changes is operationalstrategy and organizations have a major impact on entire industry as well as companies(Bingham and Main, 2010). Basically, if there is emergence of changes at workplace it may bebeneficial and on other side somehow reformation also affects in a negative manner. Along withthis, it may hamper the entire association in various extent. For example; operational departmentmodified their current strategy for following reasons such as; to cope up with current problems,success barriers, for capturing the minds of customers and so on. It is essential for success ordevelopment of cosmetic industries because in today's scenario millions of consumers are dependupon beauty products in order to live their life comfortably. One of the major reason behindusing products offered by Maybelline and L'oreal is to attract others as well as to maintain theirpersonality at societal place. Thus, some of the essential difference between both the companiesare described are as follows:- Basic MaybellineL'oreal EmergenceoftechnologiesTechnologies are indispensable for companysuccess and development because it helpsoperational management team in variousextent. For example; Maybelline isinvolving in one of the famous project thatis “Girl Project” in which they want toencourage education for women's inAmerican in order to enhance their internalbeauty (Branson, 2010). Thus, usage ofmodern techniques are useful for managerswhile implementing various businessactivities across the borders like; promotion,On the other hand, it has beenanalysed that L'oreal is facing amajor problem while using high techequivalents due to presence of lackof employees. It means, usage oftechnologies affects the company innegative manner due to impropermanagement.
