INTRODUCTIONIn today's competitive world, changes are necessary for every organisations to gainsustainability and growth of their businesses. Changes demand in the organisations due toinnovative technologies, de-regulative marketplace, competitive advancements and due todynamical demographic area of workforce. These factors also demand either to adopt newleadership and management skills or to change leader from the companies. Both are one of theleading retailer companies of UK. Costa Coffee is famous for its wide range of coffee drinks andbeverages that includes hot chocolate, iced coffee, tea and infusions etc. that gives highcompetition to Starbucks. On other hand, Starbucks is also one of the best retailer company thatoffers fresh-roasted coffee beans.
