INTRODUCTION
In business organisation, changes signify activities and functions through which something
is done in unique way. It is important for organisation in improving their implementation as it is
linked with modification and alteration within company at marketplace. As per current scenario
modification or alteration within an organisation imposes a favourable impact on organisation
and also it imposes unfavourable impact during particular phase of time period. It is significant
for organisation to implement all modification and increases the knowledge that helps in
achieving positive outcome. Herein, the organisation is taken named as Aviva which was
founded in the year of 2000 and located in London. It is determined as a biggest company who
provide insurance to individual person in order to satisfy them. There are around 30021
employees who perform their work in organisation in various countries around world. In this
report, there is an explanation and example related to organisation and how its strategy
influences micro as well as micro environment that influence leadership and the steps taken for
minimising or eliminating adverse persuade. There are various leadership approaches that help in
dealing with difficulties in an appropriate manner (Bondurant and Armstrong, 2016).

In current time, the main purpose of executing operations of organisation is to increase
profitability level and market share in future period of time. In context of AVIVA, it is the
largest Insurance Company and provide pension as well as fund management in UK. In addition
to this, the government focuses on imposing several barriers that imposes direct impact on
revenue as well as share of market of organisation. In order to understand the appropriate
situation related to change influences on operation as well as functions of organisation. For this
process, they focus on organising and make comparison with Hartford financial group that is
going to be mentioned below:
