Task 1 The impacts of change Critically evaluation of ways in which internal and external drivers of change affects leadership In business environment there are different drivers in relation to business such as internal and external that are important to consider while running a business and maintain good performance. In market, every enterprises wants to take the competitive benefits by operating and managing the business activities. For this, changes are required to be adopt that can fill the customer's demand and provide them satisfaction properly. The management of Blake Logitech management is considering internal and external drivers which affects leadership, team work and individual behaviour such as: External drivers:This is a framework that uses by organisation to analysis the factors which has affected the leadership, team and behaviour in a organisation. Pestle consider uncontrollable factors which may affect the business such as: Political factor –This involves government regulations, political stability, tax rates changes etc. which all are related to a business and may support to an organisation. Blake Logitech management company focusing on political stability that affects leadership as leaders provide insights to employees to sale their services outside and run business.
