INTRODUCTION
Changes is defined as process of creating a function, things and practices that make
different from others by comparing and make clear judgement for improving the organisational
performance. This is important for organisation to accept the changes and challenges in relation
to a business so it can manage task and activities properly. In changing environment, this become
necessary for enterprises to accept the changes and run their business effectively (Allen, 2018).
This report is based on leading changes for this Blake Logitech management has been selected
that is medium size hardware company that focuses on customer experience and make clear
judgement for changes. This helps to operate the business successfully and managing the task by
delivering right services. This report covers comparison in which changes impacts on
organisation's strategy, drivers of changes, barriers to changes that influence leadership decision
making and range of leadership approaches in relation to organisation.
