Introduction
The essay will be focused on the reflection and different kinds of approaches to the
behavior that will be utilized to guide as well as support regarding the issues of a child. The
entire section will be proposed under the given scenario, and to support the situation a few
strategies, principles, policies and implementation will be introduced. The situation is based
on a child named Trenton who has been suffering from not being able to read or spell
appropriately. The teachers identified the problem, which was autism and the process of
taking care and dealing with the issues, was a tough job. Therefore, individual decisions were
taken in order to recover him from the present situation. Though his family remains a support
system through his entire struggle, he felt detached from that environment and thought of
establishing himself as a carpenter. Therefore, in order to deal with such issues some critical
strategies, principles, and practicing are required to handle the situations adequately. The next
section will be focusing on such areas so that the readers can understand and acknowledge
the issues and can stimulate their individual ideas and thoughts appropriately. The primary
objective is to provide an analysis of such challenging factors of a child in a classroom and
the different ways to execute the strategies efficiently.

Discussion
The scenario is based on a child named Trenton, who used to feel annoyed in his
school. He was in the second year of primary school, where he was approved as a child who
was facing some critical problems regarding reading along with spelling. His parents asked
for help from his teachers, and they advised a specialist so that he can be treated from his
problem, which is termed as autism. Although his psychologist informed that he was not
suffering from any problem related to autism, he continued to struggle with issues in his
school. His parents shifted him to another school, but he was still facing some significant
difficulties with reading as well as spelling. They did deliver some funding for Trenton in
order to draw that support of the Teaching Aide. It was meant to establish the desired
development in his literacy system. Balanced progress was recognized but later on, they
shifted him to another school due to some funding issues along with the decreasing number
of the student. He is now in grade five and the problem has taken a massive shape, which
gave rise to disengagement as well as declining to work in his class. He is anxiously waiting
for a better environment where he will be able to discover his own abilities in the process of
learning. He is blessed with other talents like making the thing as well as tinkering in the shed
with his grandfather. Trenton has failed to develop any love for schooling and is quite eager
to leave so that he can pursue an apprenticeship and could establish as a carpenter like his
grandfather.
In the above scenario, many issues have been recognized, such as a gap in the field of
communication, adverse impact, disinhibited and impulsive behavior, and lack of interest in
studies. There are a set of strategies that can be utilized to dissolve the issues, and they are
effective communication, developing polite behavior as well as achievements, and
proactively establishing relationships.
