This is made in order to manage the business activities and also to understand the general areas and the directions through which the company can implicate and manage the working principles.It considers 4 important type of organisation they are as in sole proprietorship, partnership, limited liability company, corporation etc. it considers to carry out vast functioning h of business in order to manage the incorporation and the general functioning of the company(CRIVEANU, and Ivanescu, 2019).The organisation chosen in this essay will be Amazon which is a public company headquartered in Washington,US. It use to deal with all the consumer goods and electronics, digital and general facilities and supplies. This essay will include all the major advantages and the disadvantages of business corporations., comparison of organisational structure,furthermore it will also include all the organisational culture and practise ion industries. MAIN BODY There are different kind of business practises which are set up in the organisation some of which are like,Sole proprietorshipall such business which are being managed by sole or the single individual who use to start the company in order to manage the living earning and also to gain their own savings. Someadvantagesare like, it can set up in easy manner, the profits which are made through the business activities can be earned for the person itself no sharing is needed to be made and lastly rights, responsibilities and the decision making power are in the hand of sole owner(TCropley,2019). For instance,electrician, carpenters and other Freelancersare included in this category. Thedrawbacksof all such company are like hectic workload, unlimited liability and management of finance or the assets is quiet difficult for the company. Partnershipcan be made when two or more individuals manage and share all the rights with the responsibility so as to carry out the business. For example,Yoomoois a well known partnership firm.Advantagesofall partnership companies are like, they manage all the financial assets together, balance in their general life can be managed, this saves the money and cost as through distribution. Some further disadvantages are like, loss in the autonomy when seen that no person
can take the decision by their own, stability is not proper and is management can occur, in case of conflicts it will make the company to be sold.Limited liability companyare hybrid structure based private company which considers to have all the corporation and the general terms and partnership made in the business. It is carried with the corporation(Farhan,Jasim,and Al- Mamoori,2019).For example, John lewis hold LLC, River Island etc.Meritsof the company are like,thisconsidersto havesimple formof structure,flexibleworking with income distribution and can easily be controlled. The majordemeritsare like, fund raising is difficult at times, their will not be any perpetual succession and also generates the confusion in terms and methods. TheTall organisational structureis a broken structure and this manage and frame all the work and the general analysis through which distinct hierarchy is managed. In this structure their will be made so many managers to handle and manage proper working and the general responsibilities and the task are assigned to all the managers in different groups and areas. For example,BBCcarries the tall structure(Hannadige,and Yimashi, 2020).Flat organisational structure,is where all the team members managers and the employees use to communicate with each other directly. Their will not be any kind of issue that lie in between them as they try to makeopencommunicationandcarrydecentralizedleadership.Thisremovesallthe responsibilities from middle managers and create a smooth and easy functioning. This use to make the employees in the company to feel confident as by sharing their ideas and expressing their views. For exampleAmazonis flat organisation structure. Thecontrast and the comparison between the two structureis like, tall structure is usually a time taking process whereas in flat structure the communication is direct so it saves times. Their use to have so many levels as they considers to have so many departments in between their working which are managed by managers, but in functional managerial involvement is lessen and all the work is made according to it(Banerjee, and Srivastava,2017).The costing that arise in tall structure is comparatively high then the functional structure. And same as with the control span is narrow in tall whereas in flat it considers to have wide management and framework. No employee can directly made the conversation with the heads in tall structure as in flat all the communication is open and transparent for all. This considers to have the positive culture and also the environmental areas, valued through which the company can manage the work and frame their working culture in efficient manner(Rofcanin and et. al., 2021).This involves psychology, sociology and all the conducts ion the working. The major concern in the culture is to manage the non-profit goals and also to generate the experience, philosophy and the compliance of manageable in the company. Their seems that all the company should carry positive working environment which will help in development in society. As to manage the company there is always seems that the person should manage the culture and the positive attitude. Their is been seen that all the company should tryto implement the culture in which they can frame the behaviour of the employees in positive manner. Amazon use to make their
employees to follow the corporate culture in which they try to influence their employees for pushing their limits and also to develop innovative and creative ideas which will help in development. It use to focus in conventions and the values through which the creative ideas can be applied in their critical factor. Amazon creates a major role and their oprga culture is the reason behind their development and growth as they emerge out to manage and control all the areas and frame the general working principles(Senivongse and et. al.,2020). Organisation culture of Amazon make them to grow in future as build positive approach in the environment and also maintain the future aspects. CONCLUSION It is concluded from the above essay that business organisation is the mostly important areas of practise which helps in organising and framing the culture and the general terms. Sole traders are the persons who use to maintain the business single handedly and the advantages are it helps them to gain all profit by themselves. Disadvantage is the unlimited liability. Tall organisational structure considers all the broken divisions in which different segments are made.
