the consumers. For this written report the tour operator “ jet2holidays” has been chosen as an
organisation. This company is situated in UK and their headquarters is also located at Leeds,
United Kingdom. This is a British company which provides the holiday packages and operates
the tours. It was established in the 2007, as the subsidiary company of the Dart group plc. In
2018, the Jet2holidays is determined as the 2nd largest tour operator across the united kingdom.
The Stephen Paul Heapy is a chief executive officer of this company. This company considers
the various brands such as jet2citybreaks, jet2villas, vibe, on tour and many more. This report
majorly considers the organisational structure of a an organisation. Additionally, it also includes
the analysis of business environment, SWOT & PESTLE analysis of the company. The main
aim of this report is to understand about the business organisation(Ahmad, and Murray, 2019).

The organisational structure refers to how the businesses organises their staff in order to
demonstrate the various stages of management. The company adopts the various type of an
organisational structure in order to be successful. The structure helps their employee to know
their place in an enterprise and also assign the role and responsibilities. The organisational
structure can be depict in the form of a chart. There are two types of organisational structure
hierarchical (tall) or horizontal (flat) structure.
