The assessment would be analysing the business of All Seasons which provides high
quality of woollen garments for its customers and the business is known for its sustainability
practices in the operations of the business. The main target of the business would be mostly
domestic customers and the management of the company would be working effectively for
ensuring that value is created for the customers. The business follows a sustainable practice in
managing the operations of the business and also ensure that the quality of wool which is used as
a raw material for producing woollen garments are of best quality. The management of the
company sorts out the best quality of wool from the sheep and uses the same for the purpose of
manufacturing garments. The discussion would be highlighting the value creation process of the
business with the help of Value Proposition Chart. In addition to this, the discussion would also
be identifying key stakeholders who are mostly affected by the activities of the business
(Fineman, Gabriel and Sims 2010). The discussion would also be including application of key
organizational theories which would applicable to the business.
Value Creation Process
The business of All Seasons is a growing business which offers woollen garments to the
customers and the products which is offered by the business are of highest quality. In addition to
this, the operations of the business are more dependent on organic wool so that no damage is

management is able to maximise the revenue from the operational process. The supply chain of
business shows that the management of the company follows effective supply chain functions
which is quite different from the standard processes followed by other businesses (Bovee and
Thill 2017). In addition to this, the management of the company provides more emphasis on
designing and proper marketing of the product (Gotschol, De Giovanni and Vinzi 2014). In
addition to this, the business has the best of technology which helps the management to
efficiently cut and sew garments to get the finished products. In order to avoid any wastage of
resources of the business, the leftovers from woollen fabrics are send to organic composters so
that the same can be developed and used as organic fertilizers. The above process of production
of All Seasons shows that the business wants to maintain the resources and utilize the same
efficiently as well as reduce wastage of resources (Aremu and Bamiduro 2012). Once the
garments are produced, the business uses its effective marketing and distribution network to
reach out to far and wide customers. This is one of the strategies which is applied by the business
for enhancing the revenue of the business and creating value over the long-run.
