(Schlomski, 2018).
The processes in the clothing company must locate in effective and in a timely manner. Website
development processes which require opinion monitoring and regular monitoring. Company may
locate the website development process while establishing the online presence. Further,
Synchronizing processing helps in the launch of new products. Clothing Company may locate

expected results, fashion market trends and customer views regarding the new product. Re-
engineering process may locate in the three drivers forces in clothing company that is customer,

information about the production of garments and Plan to plan is used in controlling the
resources and processes. Firstly, the Company must identify the resources and processes, which
are going to be, require. Secondly, analyze all used resources or processes, and time they need

manage the operations of the company. Classical theory helps in planning and organizing a
clothing brand in an efficient manner through proper recruitment of staffing in the company.
This theory helps to give uniqueness to the products of the company. Coordinating, reporting and
budgeting is also a factor of this theory and for all seasons company it includes pricing, licensing
and permits to the business plan. Contingency theory mainly includes the technology uses and
operating environment. In the technological part, all season’s sale the product online so it must
ensure the efficient design of a website such as product description, colors of brand, logo, target
audience and fashion design (Textiles, 2019). This theory includes some business models such as
print-on-demand, custom wholesale, cut and sews and custom couture. In print-on-demand is
best for the all season’s company because of its prints and ships wholesale garments (jumpers,
skirts, thermals) to the customers. There is no need to store in the inventory because garments
shipped out when customers order come in. Humanistic theory of management is mainly for the
employees of the company because this theory helps to motivate the employees of the company
and they are not forced to work like machines (Swain, 2014).
The company would structure its operations in this way because it is a small retail company or
resources, and processes, which above mentioned helps in the growth of business and efficiently
managing of processes of the company. This operation is suited for the company and because it
majorly concerns about the sustainable practices and design processes. It is concluded that all
season’s company needs to work on the recruitment process because of the shortage of staff. All
seasons must advertise its products on a large level because all seasons products are famous and
consumers barely order from the website. The resources and processes which company used by
company results into the positive impacts such as an increase in the consumer base (Dongmei,
2014).
