INTRODUCTION
In the starting of the session, I have gained lot of unbounded knowledge related
problems, issues, risk, success projects and interaction with client at their workplace (Marchler-
Bauer and et.al., 2015). For the reflective I used Schons reflective model which explain my
experience, intellectual thinking and acting straight to the same way. The model follows two
methods which are before the activity and after the activity. All the stages are considered for
making this reflective which are shown in Schons model. In order to find the new product and
business creativity I and my team mates need to do the market survey for which following
personal log was prepared.

mixed feeling during the task.
How did I and the group
organise tasks?
It was little difficult to think as decision making process and
finalizing the things were to messy. But due to their support
and good communication we all were able to understand the
business creativity.
What was good/bad? As I told it was the mixed feeling, during the process and when
we were interacting the customer's it was little good. We
decision was made it get complicated but at last all things were
good and we learned new things (Lombard and et.al., 2014).
What would I do differently? Referring and gaining the ideas from the enterprisers was
different which most of people don't do. Also, reading books
helped me understand the tasks completely. Moreover ethics
and values helped me in my survey.
What did I do after finishing
the session?
I identified the new methods which I used for at the time of
business production. Further, me and my group members, we
all found the product which don't have market values for now
but in future there need will be there. We started focusing on
those things.
Through the above decision following are the most important outcomes for me.
REFLECTION IN ACTION
Understanding Creativity, innovation and what experience I received
1. Location and time are the essential needs to generate the creative thought.
2. Thinking out of the box, drawing analogies and transferring through various approaches
can expand the ability to solve the problems and be creative.
3. Up to now I understood that both terms can be practised, engrossed and followed like
stages (Ainsworth and et.al., 2015).
Creativity is a concept which can be used to generate ideas. If I need to be creative then I
must protect my time and space, adopt changes, gain more knowledge and must be aware about
the situation in order to be more creative. Creative companion to whom I can trust are also

necessary as they are required for the support and make decision which can make my ideas come
true. The person must be trustful as I have seen various cases in which ideas are being stolen by
others and get patented by others. Moreover, through the above class I was able to understand
various ways through which I can identify the business companion. Furthermore, through the
classes I found that extra knowledge can be injurious to my creativity and can act as blocking
agent.
Along with this, I understood that the small company are better at being creative and
innovate as they are mainly focus on daily needs of the people and such small wow point creates
benefits for them. It makes the customer satisfied and reduces the chance of getting loss.
Moreover, it's cheaper, adoptable and requires less investment. According to my words
innovation can be defined as change which adds value to your product.
Thinking on your feet
In order to develop the business creativity I need to identify the current requirements of
the customer or their perspective. For the preparation of the above task I need to make a detailed
analysis, market research and identify the needs/demands which customer are facing. At the
starting, I planned and prepared what needs to be done in order to enhance my creativity and
skills for the betterment of people (Szklarczyk and et.al., 2015). At stage first I was focused on
the aims and the objectives; stage two contains the details like how decision making was done
and how it could affect others along with this what knowledge will I gain by doing this activity;
at stage third I learned about the various knowledge which I and my team-mates are going to
gain, how will we monitor our tasks and what motivation is required. In beginning we
communicated with customer’s and identify the things which can make their life easy, reduce
their effective work and saves time. Some main question which are considered by me are why
the product is needed, requirement in daily life, what advantages and disadvantages it will create
and to identify the customer needs. This made me understand the needs which are currently
ongoing and the issues which might be generated. Moreover, this also helped in identifying that
innovativeness needs deep study and research. The process looked little difficult after the
interaction. But the study helped me understand in clear ways what are the current needs and at
which product I need to get focused ( Harzing, 2014).

Innovation act as crucial part for the business creativity. For the references, I referred
various entrepreneur who made success due to their innovation. They told me that if you are not
innovative then the product will not be preferred by customer along with it even the head of
company can be removed. Many large companies need to identify the ways by which they can
make product which are preferred by the customer’s. Also, they focus on the competition when
they are way to back (Motoki and et.al., 2016).
Thinking about what to do next
The ideas of all the team members where collected. Some of the ideas can be taken for
the future references as they need more time to get to the bottom of the consumers. Interaction
and interviews helped me understand but made little doubt about what are the current needs and
what was customer thinking. So I started thinking the possible answer making assumption and
hypothesis. The basic product which can be generated are build be the imagination, assumption
and hypothesis. In order to make the assumption, hypothesis to be effective I needed to identify
certain question which can act as the basic for developing the product. They are regarding the
main focus to large size of customer, what and how will it provide solution to the customer and
the reason for creating such product. This are basic consideration which I need to take for the
future preference and for solving problem. The problem associated with this consideration was it
took long time and I need further more time to discuss with my teammates (Delgado and et.al.,
2014).
Acting straight away
Innovation requires a deep thinking and creative thoughts making lot of exercise for
brain. When consideration was brought forward with my colleagues, we all need to be more and
more intentionally think about the product. For this complete focus and thinking was
concentrated on that product. For such task to be done there are two modes of thinking open and
closed. By using the above tools which helped me in getting, generating and developing the
product can also help any individual to make such innovation. Furthermore, the product was
design with the help of the customer experience and various ways which are required to sort out
that issue can add point the product. As I have been to long in this project the product is now
making me lose my tolerance level. Creating the product which you don't know have the
certainty in the market or being chosen by the market is very difficult task. This also shows the

REFLECTION ON ACTION
Thinking about something that has happened
During the entire task, my team provided me support and contributed me at every point.
Business creativity is really a tough task, and it requires the relationship of space and time. It
included complete market research and it extended my practical knowledge from lectures and
workshops. The research helped me learn more about the customer experience and ways by
which products are innovated. Such things are necessary for the growth of the company.
Through the study and deep thinking, I found that there are various weak points which needs to
be consulted, where innovation have not taken place and is possible. Such exercise are
considered as Systematic Innovation Framework (Gehanno, Rollin and Darmoni, 2013). For this
solution I used the E. de Bono method of thinking which consists of 6 thinking caps. For the
following case, I used the white, black and Green hat.
Going in the practical world helped me to understand the issues and problems more
clearly. In market we found that creativity made business to the success. Such examples can be
seen from various CEO's of the company which made product according to the customer’s
preference and had success in market. The product helps me understand how product is launched
in the market and how to influence the customer to sell the product. Moreover, it also shown the
practical cases where product made had not impacted on the customer and needs to be upgraded
or modified. Though such cases affect the mentality of the person but in order to be creativity
and innovative you need to face such challenges and cope with the market. Such tools provides
the support and prevents the wastage of time and investment (Harzing, 2013).
Thinking what you would do differently next time
I too know that the ideas were total hypothesis which can go negative but giving it a try
and helping the customer's in all possible ways was my main aim. The effective efforts of me and
my team will actually bring the solution to the customers actual problems and not just the
conceptual problems (Go and et.al., 2014). Next time we will be focused on the evolution of the
project which could help to do it better. At the time of project we will not considered our
emotion to affect the development of the product. In order to make it more successful, I made
further more planning which will help in making my assumption and hypothesis come true. In

business creativity, visual thinking, communication plays a great role. Moreover, in making the
product more successful various charts, flowcharts, table and other visualization can be used.
This can also help me if I need them for the future references. Further I will use the idea, chain
analysis, diagrams and other visualization tools help to make the process stepwise and in proper
ways. They can also help me making my task tangible and reduces complexity to certain level
(Szklarczyk and et.al., 2015).
Another genius tool which we will adopt next time is the V-D-S-D model. The
assumption and the hypothesis can help to make the future test on the possible project. Various
testing methods, data analysis and metrics were involved in making the study and for achieving
the target. For the future references, I found that creative ideas must be encouraged and there are
various ways which can lead to the development of the new ideas via different mindsets
following different process. Moreover, redefining the issues will lead to better understanding and
clarity that which product will come help the customer in better ways. Simply the product will
pass or it will fail (Vizcaíno and et.al., 2014).
Taking your time
There are various aspects, tools and process which helped me understanding the deep
knowledge behind the creative thinking but they really took time. Design and new start up helped
me learned about the various ways by which approach to the business can be made. Along with
this the process also helped me identify different ways of problem solving. Understanding the
main reason behind the product and the problem faced by customer, were keeping me on track. It
was the great feeling that I was focused on sorting out other problems. Through the lectures and
the workshop I was able to understand the theoretical aspect of the business creativity but by
making the research I was able to identify the main basic creativity and innovation required in
the business creativity. There are various complexity faced by me during the completion of this
intangible tasks. The main efforts which were made by me are during the time of interaction with
the customer's and getting to their ideas. The tools and design will help in making the sensible
product which can withstand the customer expectation. Moreover, some ideas which we found
can also be helpful for the future as they are not having any relevant use in today's era. Making
the product which is viable as pre the customer demands and satisfaction are really necessary for
the business creativity (Anders and Huber, 2015).

The basic understanding which I got through the study is doubt everything, explore the
maximum option in the market through analysis and market research (Motoki and et.al., 2016).
Generate the new and existing ideas which can be easily target maximum numbers of people.
Then cover all the aspect which are necessary for developing the project. Without much thinking
just go through the results. If you pass that would be great, but if you fail, then modify or re-
innovate as market is never going to stop. Having no ideas in the business product is the best
way to get success.
The learning outcomes which I received are that creativity plays as roots to the business
organisation. In order to increase the business, nutrients of new creativity must be provided along
watering of innovation. After completing the task I feel relief and sense of accomplishment
(Vizcaíno and et.al., 2014). Team management was really a tough task and that too when you
need to get to certain results which you probably don't know would be success or failure. But,
my team was supportive and with proper decision we completed our research on identifying the
issues of public and getting ideas for the new project. Though the experience was good but it was
trying and needs lots of research along with a way new thinking level. Successful entrepreneur
really have those ability which makes then to achieve their required goals. There are various
things which I adopted differently like direct approach to the successful entrepreneur and
understanding the way they adopted. Moreover, going to the market areas and identifying the
segments which lacks the innovation and creativity and where individual has never thought of.
Furthermore, I started with achieving smaller goals and then proceeding further. This helped in
having less loss and more profit. Furthermore, me and my team mates were not thinking about
the results, we all were completely focused towards the performing the task completely in
effective ways. At last of the session, I adopted all the learning and followed the process in
stages to make a creative product and launch it to the market.
CONCLUSION
Through the above reflective, I learned that creativity and innovation are perpetual,
autogenetic and attainable in nature which can be achieved by any person. These things can
come to mind at any place or time but they needed to grabbed, absorbed, comprehended and
followed through complex and by an unpredictable tasks. As technology and advancement are
