Phase three is building the system which is mainly doing outsourcing, building own and hosting own. In outsourcing (hire vendors to provide services in building). Building own (is giving the required team with diverse skill set) and Host own (the company responsible for ensuring accessibility all the time of the site). Fourth phase testing the system that have five types of testing namely Unit, System, Acceptance, Split and Multivariate testing(egwoh, 2017). Lastly is the implementation phase which is the system break (execution) down predictably. Also maintenance is ongoing in this phase. There are three factors to consider in optimizing a website that the page content, delivery and generation. System architecture is the software arrangement, machinery, and activities that an IS needs in achieving some functions that are specific(Len Bass, 2015).The two types of tier are:. 1.Architecture of the two-tier. 2.In here the two tier has a web-server that responds to the all requests asked by the web-pages and the db. server offer provision for data storage at the backend 3.Multi-tier Here the web-server have a joint with a middle-tier layer which contains multiple applications of servers that operates tasks that are specifics.
