tourism,k theme park, lodging and many more (Bharwani and Jauhari, 2013). The main aim of
companies who are conducting business at respective industry is to fulfil need as well as
requirement of customers. Organisations taken for this assignment is Hotel IBIS London

 Restaurant: This is consider as that section of hospitality industry at which they offer
huge range of foods and drinks which are based on different traditions as well as cuisines
such as Chinese, Mexican, Italian and many others.
 Accommodation: It is that sub business of hospitality industry at which products as well
as services provided to guests are related to lodging and accommodation. In this business
company need to offer facilities like bed, food, security, internet and many more.

operational and functional department (Brotherton, 2012). These department include several sub
