of the employees and also take care about customers & clients requirements. This project is
based on the British Airways & discuss about the basic understanding of human resource
management of this company. British Airways is the famous airlines of UK which founded in
1974 and headquartered in London. This is second largest flag carrier airline in United Kingdom.
This project will explain purpose and also specific functions of human resource management
which are performing by HR manager. This project also determines strength and weakness
related to the recruitment & selection approach. Moreover, various benefits of HRM practices
also discuss in context of employees & employer. Lastly, this project discusses about employees
relation, employment legislation & also provide appropriate documentation related to the specific
job role for the vacant post.
