PART AINTRODUCTIONEuthanasia is the concept of painless and wilful death. This is given to patient when thepatient is suffering from incurable pain and is termed as mercy killing. Further, it is the kind ofsuicide which is prohibited and if someone found giving anyone Euthanasia and the person ischarged for murder. Further it is of two type that is active and passive. Active euthanasia iddeliberately injecting in someone's body on order to end life whereas passive euthanasia is givento cure pain of individual in order to provide them treatment to maintain life1. There are manycountries in where injecting this is legal and there are somewhere is its strictly prohibited. TheEssay will discuss injecting law Euthanasia in United Kingdom and Belgium. Moreover, it willevaluate the influence of injecting Euthanasia in both countries that is UK where it is illegal andBelgium where its illegal. Thus, the essay will outline the role of society's morals, attitudes andvalues with regard to injecting Euthanasia.Euthanasia in United Kingdom and BelgiumIn taking Euthanasia is illegal and in UK, in accordance, British Voluntary EuthanasiaSociety has launched guidelines stating that the person taking Euthanasia is charged underSuicide Act 1962 section 2 (1). Further, person taking pain killing doses is punished for 14 yearsin jail.Apparently, Belgium is the first place where in-taking euthanasia is legal as the areasupports the assisted suicide. On 13 February 2014 the Euthanasia Society in Belgium,Netherlands made this injection legal for children's with the majority vote. In this young childrenare allowed to end their life but this needs parents decision and agreement. The system waslegalised in Belgium because most of the young generation suffering from incurable diseasessuch as Cancer feels to end their life instead of struggling with pain.
