Society has launched guidelines stating that the person taking Euthanasia is charged under
Suicide Act 1962 section 2 (1). Further, person taking pain killing doses is punished for 14 years
in jail. Apparently, Belgium is the first place where in-taking euthanasia is legal as the area
supports the assisted suicide. On 13 February 2014 the Euthanasia Society in Belgium,
Netherlands made this injection legal for children's with the majority vote. In this young children
are allowed to end their life but this needs parents decision and agreement. The system was
legalised in Belgium because most of the young generation suffering from incurable diseases
