TASK 2
P2 Evaluating of different ways by which internal and external drivers impacts in the leadership,
individual and team behaviour
Driver of changes can be defined the internal and external pressure which impacts on the
organisation to implement changes in organisation. These changes impacts on strategies, plans,
procedures and teams of a corporation (Järvi, 2018). Their are various areas exist in the
organisation where impact of them is easily considered by the organisation. Some the changes
which impacts on teams, behaviours and organisation are mention as follow:
Internal factors
Management of financial department- The major driver of change for Golden Wonder relates
with the financial aspect of the organisation. This determines it undertakes all the activities that
are related with monetary transaction internal and external departments of the organisation.
Further, in addition to this management includes various decisions which are related with

purchase of raw-materials. Along with this it also considered the price factor which is decided
by organisation to sale their goods. This changes impacts in leaders like if the funds for the
Golden Wonders is deficit then it is complex for leaders to complete the project in effective way.
Whereas, for individuals this changes creates barrier in release of their salary and other
incentives that generates demotivation among employee's to complete their work (Komives,
2016). This all changes take place in organisation because of the unstable political conditions of
a country. Example: Management of financial department affect leadership, individual
behaviour and team in an organization in both positive and negative way. Lack of capital affect
leadership as they not able to guide subordinates properly. Along with this continuous fluctuation
in financial management affect the behaviour of people and team as they are unable to satisfy
customers needs and wants in the set time frame.
Organisational culture- This is one of the crucial factor due to which changes in all the
departments of an organisation take place. This system encompasses of different belief system,
values and morals that are followed by the organisation to complete their work with more
efficiency. The culture of Golden Wonder consists of various factors which all are focused on
accomplishing on organisational goal by providing effective goods and services to its
customer’s. This Driver impacts on the goals of a organisation as employee's culture relates
directly impacts on completing their work in minimum time period. The culture followed by
Golden Wonder impacts positively on the leadership factor. As this culture helps managers to
engage the whole for completion of their project. Moreover, due to interaction between team
members of the organisation positive and favourable working environment is formulated which
leads them to complete their work with more efficiency. In context of individuals positive culture
factor motivated them to fulfil their role with more efficiency. Example: Organizational culture
which is stated as internal factor that affect leadership, individual behaviour and team in an
organization in every aspect. Weak culture increases employees turn out ratio which create great
impact on leaders and individual behaviour in negative way. Moreover, team gets de-motivated
if organizational culture is weak or ineffective in nature. Which reduces productivity nad
profitability ratio.
EXTERNAL FACTORS
Political factor- All the policies, rules, regulations which are formulated by the government of a
country are included in this (Lopez and Wise, 2015). This aspect is favourable for the

organisation because it helps them to monitor the political conditions. Modifications and
changes that are done in organisation because of political scenario are difficult for organisation
to control. In context of Golden Wonder organisation as well as management is impacted due to
the Brexit. It results management need to change their policy due to leaders and individuals are
demotivated because Britisher and Non-Britisher both are engage in organisation for completion
of their work. Example: X comply is expanding is business in Y nation and its political
conditions are not stable in nature. It affect individual behaviour, team and leadership in negative
way. As there is frequent fluctuation in political conditions firm's team is unable to meet the set
goals. However, employees behaviour and leadership is affected negatively due to which chaos
and conflict arises.
Economical factor- Economy aspect of the organisation undertakes various factors such as
consumer purchasing power, buying behaviour of employee's and the market conditions of the
country. In context of Golden Wonder there are complex issue are monitored by organisation.
Due to the decision of Brexit entire market of UK is facing challenges. So leaders requires to
communicate with the groups and individual in order to conveyance them for reducing their
salaries. This results it is easy for organisation to overcome the issue of economical conditions of
the country. Example: X firm is expanding the business in Y nation as economical factor are
not stable it affect individual behaviour, team and leadership in negative manner. Leaders are
unable to motivate staff to work hard whereas, unhealthy nature of team and individual
behaviour reduces productivity level which results in huge loss of finance.
Social factor- Customer’s are the most important aspects for an organisation that leads them to
earn more amount of profits. This is mandatory for Golden Wonder to perform their operations
by undertaking social factor. As it leads them to achieve more success in market by satisfying the
needs and wants of the customer’s. The preference and demands of customer’s changes with in
short intervals (Maguire, 2015). Example- there is high competition exist in market so several
organisation offer discounts to remain sales constant for a longer period. For this leaders required
to set some activities by which it is easy for subordinates adopt this change practices. With
understanding of social factor employee's and individuals, manufactures and offers those services
by which it is easy for them to satisfy needs of customer’s. Example: X firm is expanding the
business in Y nation so it is important to follow social issues. By avoiding social norms the
leaders unable to guide the co-workers to perform their task easily. Along with this set objectives

are not meet on time. To some extent team and individual behaviour become unhealthy which
decreases market value accordingly.
Technological factor- From the recent years, technology is included in most of the functions
and departments of the organisation. Due to technological aspect it is easy for all of them to
complete their work in minimum time with more efficiency and effectiveness. Golden Wonder
must included technological aspect in organisation in order to complete their work in organised
way. But individuals or group members resist to implement new changes because it changes the
overall performance of an organisation. Hence, leaders need to deal with groups and individuals
to encourage them to participate in effective training for the employee's. Example: X firm is
expanding the business in Y nation so it important to adopt modern tools and techniques. By
doing so leadership, team and individual behaviour is affected in positive way as they assist them
to work effectively and efficiently to meet the set objectives.
P3 Ways which is taken by organisation for minimising the impact of change on organisation
behaviour
Their are several measures are taken by the organisation for minimising the negative of
change. This measure leads the management of Golden Wonder to complete their work in
appropriate manner by adopting new and updated methods that leads the organisation to design
their product according to market needs (Mahmood, Perrins and Liu, 2019). Example- They are
manufacturing fat free products which helps them to increase the sale of their products.
Moreover, it results the management of Golden Wonder gain sustain growth for their business's.
Preparation of planning
To minimise the negative impact of changes. Management of Golden Wonder executes
PDCA model which helps them to formulate those strategies by which impact of the negative
impact of change will be reduces. Some steps of PDCA model is as follow:
Plan- It is the first step that leads an organisation to complete their work through accomplishing
an effective market research for analysing conditions of whole market. In order to determine
effective opportunities, planning is the first step which leads them to achieve their target with
more efficiency. Example- The management of Golden Wonder do the research to analyse

Do- This step is one of the essential factor which leads an organisation to execute all those steps
which are decided by top management for completing their work with more efficiency. Further,
this step is more favourable for organisation to analyse the strategies of the firm in order to
provide their services with more efficiency. Example: Golden Wonder top level management
after planning do activity is executed. Here the plan is implemented successfully in order to gain
best outcomes in set time frame.
Check- In this stage it is essential for them to measure the performance and effectiveness of the
strategies that helps the firm to make changes in the organisation. Along, with this it is beneficial
for Golden Wonder to compare the actual outcome of its strategies (Malinowska and et. al.,
2016). So it is easy for organisation to identify the gap between their expected and actual
performance. Further it also helps to increase the efficiency of their plans through make
mandatory changes in organisation. Example: After execution Golden Wonder cross check plan
in order to make further improvements in intense competitive world. Here, necessary changes
can be done so as to retain potential and capable employees for longer time period.
Act- After determining all the above mention stage, this is necessary for Golden Wonder to select
one of the suitable strategies. This activity results it is easy for corporation to implement those
steps which helps organisation to adopt changes in all departments. Example- Organisation
organise training and development classes to familiar employee's with the changes that are
decided by management to implement in the organisation.
Evaluate measures to minimise negative impacts of change on organisational behaviour.
PDCA model helps AGFA to minimise negative impact on organizational behaviour to a
large extent. By doing proper planning and executing it in effective manner helps the firm to
gain competitive advantages against rivalry and smooth organizational behaviour is created.
After executing the designed plan it is important to check it so that necessary modifications can
be done accordingly and best results can be attained. The last step of the model is act, in this
appropriate tactics is adopted to accept all kinds of department change smoothly. By doing so the
negative aspect of change on organizational behaviour can be maximized.
This model is effective to minimise the change impact on organizational behaviour by
following the steps in proper manner. The very first step is planing that aid them to inter into
new market easily. All the steps are interlinked with each other and are some where dependent
so that desired outcomes can be gained. And tough competition can be created for other business.

TASK 3
P4. Different barriers of change and determination of them that how they influence leadership
decision making
The modification in a company is monitored as the important aspect to analyse to critical
situation of the organisation as it aids them to design effective plan of actions in order to
accomplish the aims and objectives of the company. In order to survive or sustain into
competitive atmosphere, the administration of the company have to accept the modifications
which help the organisation to sustain till long time period (Nelson‐Brantley and Ford, 2017). In
context of Golden Wonder, a British company that produces foods, snacks and other products to
its target audiences. So the barriers which is faced by this firm are defined as below:
Deficiency of staff engagement- In current era, it is the major issue which is suffered an
faced by the entire world. This problem generate because mostly staff are afraid with change and
modifications. So they are not make their participation into the process of change whereas some
employees may cater in this prospect. Engagement of staff is only possible if the management of
the company listen their views and ideas as well as checking them that changes are relevant to
the company as per its engagement. In Golder Wonder, the staff are generally engaged in the
business operations by which it can capable to proceeds initiation in proper way. This create
impact upon leadership determination devising process on Golden Wonder because most of the
employees of the company has change fear so it unfavourably affect employment and
profitability. So it is crucial to the leader of the company to take effective decision regarding it.
Lack of employees has affected the decision making process of Golder Wonder to a
large extent as emerging needs and wants of the consumers are not attained. Along with this
designed tactics need to be modified accordingly. Which consume lot of time and money.
Insufficient staff in AFGA decreases productivity due to which tough competition is not

the company effective communication is important because with the help of it employees can
communicate effective ideas and plans to their seniors (Prakah-Asante and Yang, 2015). If there
are lack of effective abstraction then various issues and problems are generated such as conflicts,
dis-gratification between employees and influence decision making of leaders. In Golden
Wonder, it affect the gross sales and production of the firm.
This change barrier has impacted Golder Wonder decision making process in negative
way. This barrier of change creates huge trouble in attaining set bench mark. Due to which
market value decreases gradually in open market place.
Deficiency of staff members in AFGA has affected the smooth functioning of the
business. All the department activities has slowed down to a large extent which has reduced
profit maximization level.
Preceding defined modifications barriers has create affect leaders decision and
achievement of objectives. With the help of Force Field analysis, the management of Golden
Wonder can analyse and determine challenges to utilize strategic decisions which improve
growth of the firm.

company to execute its ideas into company so that it can sustain long time period in competitive
market.
TASK 4
P5. Application of different leadership approaches to deal with change
There are several leadership approaches which can be use and adopt by the management
of Golden Wonder to perform their task in efficient manner. Some of them are mentioned as
following:
Democratic leadership approach- It is also know as participative leadership in which
team members are also have chance and opportunity to participate in decision making process
and share their ideas and thoughts. In Golden Wonder, if the leader adopt this leadership
approach they can motivate and involve employees in determination devising process which help
in encouraging employees and maximizing the productivity of the company. This approach is
beneficial because it help in motivating employees but it takes time to reach a agreement which
generate as disadvantage of it (Wang and et. al., 2019). AGFA adopts this model in their
organization in order to assure employees that they are valuable assets of the firm. By giving
priority to their decision-making process in order to attain best outcomes. It will raise their
overall performance which assist them in attaining set goals.
Autocratic leadership approach- According to this approach, within a company only leader is
able to take decision regarding any issue and problem, no staff member is allowed to share own
ideas. In Golden Wonder, the manager of the firm involve employees in decision making and
due to which the employees feel demotivated. It create unfavourable impact on working ability
of staff and productivity of the firm. The advantage of this approach is that it removes the
pressure on the employees.
AFGA follow autocratic leadership approach where top level frame tactics and lower level
implement them effectively. By doing so less chaos generate and business operates smoothly in
open market place.
To analyse defined information, it can be suggested to the management of Golden
wonder that it should follow and adopt democratic leadership approach so that they can feel their
workforce special and important which motivate them and it also assist in improving
productivity of the company.

regarding change to other employees. After it they can develop plan of actions according to the
requirement of change by involving staff members in to modification process. In this, respective
company may formulate relevant plans to design strategies and techniques.

which modifications can be implement and company can sustain at marketplace till long time
period. For this, they can organise training and learning programs and sessions so that employees
