In the organisation, changing is considered as a procedure in which it is necessary for
organisation to bring changes for carry out different task in appropriate manner. It increases
performance level of the company which is connected to the changes that is considered as a
trending at market place. In present context, changes impose both positive as well as negative
impact on the company. Therefore, it is necessary for organisation to execute changes for
improving positive performance of organisation. The current assignment is depending upon the
company named as Wizz Air. It is considered as an airline company that operated their business
in Europe as well as some other destination in North Africa. This company was founded in the
year of 2003 with the purpose of increasing revenue around the world. The organisation also
emphasized on managing as well as leading change that assists in increasing the favourable
performance of organisation at market place. This assignment is also provide discussion
regarding the comparison of two business organisation that is completely depend on various
changes, business tactics as well as on organisation behaviour. In assistance of this, there are
various kinds of leadership approaches that are described in an appropriate manner for
implementing as well as managing changes (Compton and Banks, 2018).

Organisation changes are considered as a process which is adopted by business
organisation for bringing positivity in the activity and functions of company. These kinds of
changes in technology, culture as well as strategy that helps in achieving competitive advantage
over rivalries at market place. The organisation also focuses on handling or executing changes in
order to achieve goal as well as objective in pre-decided period of time. The company also
focuses on conducting effective marketing research for gaining necessary information regarding
current trends at Marketplace. In assistance of this, the changes also offer different opportunity to
organisation that is necessary for achieving competitive edge over rivalries at Marketplace.
Herein, There are two well-known organisation named as Blue Air and Wizz Air. These
both companies focus on increasing their operation activity and bringing changes according to
the dynamic situation. Therefore the comparison between the operational activity as well as

airlines Industry that is going to be mentioned below :
