Therefore, it is necessary for organisation to execute changes for improving positive performance of organisation. The current assignment is depending upon the company named as Wizz Air. It is considered as an airline company that operated their business in Europe as well as some other destination in North Africa. This company was founded in the year of 2003 with the purpose of increasing revenue around the world. The organisation also emphasized on managing as well as leading change that assists in increasing the favourable performance of organisation at market place. This assignment is also provide discussion regarding the comparison of two business organisation that is completely depend on various changes, business tactics as well as on organisation behaviour. In assistance of this, there are variouskindsofleadershipapproachesthataredescribedinanappropriatemannerfor implementing as well as managing changes(Compton and Banks, 2018). These both companies focus on increasing their operation activity and bringing changes according to the dynamic situation. Therefore the comparison between the operational activity as well as
