INTRODUCTION
The term leading change within organisation consists of inducing new changes or
modifications in business policy, culture and technology which improve or enhance organisation
performance (Bohman, 2019). The primary purpose of inducing changes with in business is to
expand the market size and also to maximise organisation productivity for accomplish all
organisational objectives and goals in specific time-period. Change is crucial for business as this
helps to accomplish existing opportunities, retain-competitive-edge and to move forward in the
market through adopting flexible policy of business. The selected organisation for this report is
Morrisons which perform their work in the retail industry. Moreover, this report highlights on
change impact on organisation operations and strategies, identify of changes in organisation
behaviour and the barrier at workplace that impact on decision-making.

Changes perform an important role for an organisation and they work with motive of
business performance and growth especially, to achieve existing opportunities in market (Jham,
2017). Change formulate appropriate strategy, trend and structure at workplace. In this report,
there are two organisation is selected which is Sainsbury's and Morrison and they both sale
clothes, food-products and other essential retail products to customers. Some of the changes that
