INTRODUCTION The organisational culture describes values and behaviours of members performing their actions with the motive to achieve individual and organisational goals and objectives. The main purpose of an entrepreneur is to develop innovative idea for planning through strategic decision- making procedure that creates opportunity for growth and stability of business in perfect competition market. It’s the duty and responsibility of managers to identify problems and demonstrate various measures to solve it effectively(Ashley, Gifford and Lefebre, 2019). This project is based upon Jessops (Group) Limited as being the subsidiary company of Snap Equity Limited. The Jessops has been a leader in photographic business since 1935 for over 75 years in England (Leicester). This project compares between two organisations for analysing business strategies and operations. It further evaluates internal and external drivers of change that affect leadership, team and individual behaviours within business. This project examines various measures to minimise the negative impacts which change organisation behaviour. It also explains different barriers for change and determines how they influence leadership decision-making with application of different approaches. TASK 1 P1. Compare different organisational examples which impact change in business strategy and operations Organisational changes:-This refers as the process of growth, decline and transformation of activities within an organisation. It is the movement of business from one state of affairs to another which involves changes in company structure, strategy, policies, procedure, technology, culture, etc. These changes may be planned in years, decades, etc., in order to meet the needs, desire and wants of their customers for accomplishment of success by changing their managing and leadership styles. Jessops Group Limited:-This organisation is considered as British photographic retailing company. It was established by Frank Jessop at Leicester, United Kingdom in the year 1935. The entrepreneur or founder or leader performs its actions as highly specialised photographic retailer for expanding its business to major towns and cities. The products of Jessops consists photographic equipments for processing its business of photographs in accordance with demand of customers by generating qualitative images and films. The Chief Executive Officer of Jessops Group Limited is Peter Jones with its attached websiteswww.jessops.com. The main purpose of Jessops Group Limited is to focus on organisational change as to drive the business in modernised with strategic decision making procedure for analysing the changing taste and preference in demand of their end-users (Atwood, 2018).
Calumet Photographic:-This organisation is formerly known as Calumet Manufacturing Company as being the photographic retail store headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. It was founded by Kenneth Becker in 1939 and headquartered in UK, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, etc. The products of Calumet photograph includes cameras, video, film, accessories, etc., and involves 200 employees with its websiteswww.calphoto.co.uk. The main purpose of Calumet photographic is to implement organisational changes to compete with rivalries through their competitive strategies by developing their internal strength to control weakness and external opportunities to overcome threats. The managers of Jessops Group implement divisional structure which is beneficial for effective management whereas Calumet Photographic execute matrix structure that restrict specialisation of workers which delay in goal accomplishment.

These drivers of change are further categorised with reference to managers of Jessops Group Limited are as follows:- Internal Drivers:-This intrinsic factors of business which affect in either strength or weakness of an organisation to achieve its goals and objectives. examines various measures to minimise the negative impacts which change organisation behaviour for maximising revenue and profitability ratios with the application of Bruke-Litwin Model. It also explains different barriers for change and determines how they influence leadership decision-making with application of different approaches with situational, system, contingency and Lewin’s Change Model. RECOMMENDATIONS From the above mentioned project it has been analysed that understanding and changing the leadership style is most important for an organisation to meet needs, desire and wants of customers with their change in taste and preference. It is recommended to managers of Jessops Group Limited to expand their business with modern photographic industry that has been changed radically. This attracts large number of customers by promoting their colourful photographs with various print and styles with qualitative features for customers to attain high level of satisfaction. It is suggested that changes must be adopted by company for maximising consumer support and loyalty that result in accomplishment of success efficiently for competing with rivalries to sustain in global market. This increases the capability of organisation to minimise threat by implementing precautionary steps to reduce it.
