technologies and various relations existing among them. The professionals of management
information system have realized the utmost advantages that extend from business processes,
equipment and personnel investments.
It is a people-oriented area having an emphasis on the service with the help of technology. In
the following study, various aspects of managing information system are evaluated.
1. Discussing how a management information system is practically implemented
to education, medical and manufacturing sectors:
The management of information system are the tools that are used for intelligence, operations
and supporting processes and information technology. Further, the tools can be used for managing
information and moving the data. These are central to the discipline of information management.
The management of the information system has been producing data-driven reports. This helps the
business to undertake the decisions at the proper time. The MIS has been overlapping with other
disciplines of business (Noe et al. 2017). For instance, the ERP or Enterprise Resource Planning is
the discipline assuring that every departmental system gets integrated. The MIS has been using the
connected system for accessing the data to generate the reports. Further, IT management has been
overseeing the maintenance and installation of software and hardware that are integral elements of
MIS. This differentiation taking place between the layers has always been fuzzy (Walsham 2015).
Lastly, e-commerce is the activity providing the information that has been used by a management
information system. The MIS reports, in turn, has been based on the information that has been
affecting the processes of e-commerce.

provides forward-looking information management systems. This also consists of the means of
optimizing the business. The companies can develop a close dialogue with clients (Naser and Al
Shobaki 2016). This includes the technologies of cutting edge like object orientations to the practical
benefits of clients. It is a powerful application boosting the productivity and efficiency of the
company. Further, its integrated operations have been guaranteeing the smooth information flow.
3. Techniques for utilizing the AI for supporting the system of knowledge
management to make the proper decision:
The knowledge management considers the benefits of AI tools. These are used for capturing,
filtering, representing and applying knowledge. Through using the instance of knowledge
repositories such as document storages, Wikis, the tools of AI provides the applications. This is for
electing, parsing, classification and assessment of visualizations, automated reasoning and texts
(Chang 2016). Besides, the AI has been providing the means of processes of human units. This

knowledge management boosting. This provides the intelligence for using the infrastructure in a
more efficient manner. Again, the AI is a smart enabler of tools of knowledge management. This

and behaviours of employees:
The ethical issues that the employer looks have been differing from what the employee has

monitoring have been generating rulings and various decisions over the workplace. This can
discipline the staffs for considering the legitimate breakings (Eriksson 2017). Seeing the monitoring
of the employees from the ethical standpoint is subject to regulation. Apart from this, the standards
and present laws have been providing principles in order to regulate the monitoring of employees.
5. Understanding monitoring of the employee’s online activities from the leader’s
perspective:
Firstly, active training must be provided to the employees. This is for correcting the
misperceptions and issues presently existing with the usage of computers. The employees must be
monitored primarily for the employees for creating a secured working environment (Rosemann and
vom Brocke 2015). Moreover, the status of the employee monitoring might alter as the laws have
been tailoring for the ever-changing technology of the computers. However, surveillance over
employees should not be going away.
6. Real instance where employees are caught for immoral behavior over the
Internet:
It has been seen that the New York Times has been terminating more than 20 of their staffs.
They are found to be sending improper and offensive messages over the e-mail (Omotayo 2015).
The leaders have undertaken the proper approach in doing so. This is because security is another

reason giving rise to the necessities of the organization regarding the monitoring of employees.
Opening of unsolicited email can create dangers. This because the files attached can contain the
virus. This can wreak havoc over the hard drive of the workstation. It can spread through the entire
network of the business. Without effective monitoring, the vulnerability of the computer network
generated unknowingly by the staff’s email can be prevented.
Conclusion:
The above study shows that whether it is the issue related to productivity, hostile workplace
or securing the company or the network, there is a necessity for screening the employee’s activities.
This must take place from the leader’s point of view. The above study deals with the ways in which
the managing of information system is applied practically under the educational, medical and
manufacturing sectors. Next, SAP R/3 software application are discussed here. Then, different
techniques of utilizing the AI to support the knowledge management system are understood from the
above study. Next, it is determined whether this has been legal and ethical for the executives in
spying and monitoring the online activities and behaviors of the on the employees. Further, the ways
to spy on the online activities of the employees are investigated. Lastly, the ways to deal with the
situation as employees are caught up for the immoral online behavior is demonstrated here.
