more and more dynamic everyday which creates a problem for organisation.
Every day organisations are facing a problem in order to understand the
behaviour of an individual and team. This is the reason that they need to study
organisational behaviour which helps in understanding the human mind.
In this context, Google UK Ltd is undertaking which is founded in 2000 in UK.
It provides many web based services and also offering advertising programs and
web based search engine. It offers service in global market.

It is identified that organisational culture, power and politics are playing a crucial
role in the behaviour of team and individual as it influences them.
Google UK Ltd needs to understand that have politics, culture and power of an
organisation influences individual and team behaviour and performance.
Culture: Culture of organisation is made up of values, beliefs and customs of
people as it run by human resource. The culture of Google Ltd. It is found to be
diversified as they have many employees who are belongs to different nations. It is
found that culture influenced behaviour of team and individual as culture is made up
of employees’ beliefs, customers, values, etc. that’s why it influenced on their
behaviour and performances.
