auto mobile sector, operating and running business by using logistics and quality in their industry
that can help to improve the business profitability. The chosen firm is British manufacturer and
marketer of luxury cars which was founded in January 1919. In this, number of people are
working who are managing their operations and activities accurately by arranging resources and
managing the quality of products. The headquarters of organisation are Crewe, United Kingdom,
England etc. For this, the selected two areas are Managing people in operations and supply chain
and managing quality that can help in managing logistics and supply chain effectively. The
selected organisation is required to focus on their activities and goals so they can attain and
maintain the higher profits. In organisation it is important to manage the people who are working
and bring improvements in supply chain which can help to attracts the number of customers and

another areas is employee relationship and proper delegation of role and responsibilities which
