By having a collective working within organisation through consideration ofsuch values the overall impact on operation can be advanced in positive manner. It means it is necessary for MBWmanagement to ensure that team is having an effective focus on diverse values. Such ascollective working within team need to be referred properlyas it will assist in improving workplace envirobnment.
