Introduction
After the influx of globalization, it has become important to interact with people from
different cultural background, in order establish a suitable career as well as build their
competence towards working in a diverse multicultural scenario. In order to make this
endeavor successful one needs to develop their competence with the diverse cultural
variations present in the concerned workplace (Prato, 2016). Effective understanding of the
differences allows one to boosts the emotional intelligence, thereby aiding the person to
develop a crucial and inclusive understanding of the dynamics of the team (John & Roberts,
2017). The course of the reflective paper is to estimate the competence of the people
belonging to a group to the cultural variation and how far their understanding will aid them in
real life working scenario. The course of the essay will move about discussing the
information of the group in terms of their LPA. Cliiffton Strength and Emotional intelligence
score and analyze the capability of the members’ in being effective towards the teamwork.
The information would also be used to determine the areas where the members of the group
nurture certain amount of weakness as well as the conflict that might arise in case of carrying
out effective communication (Serrat, 2017).
