2UNDERSTANDING PEOPLE AND ORGANIZATIONS Introduction The term Team management indicates the ability of an organization or an individual for administrating and coordinating the group of the individual for performing the selected task(Bruce,Miller&Zimmerman,2015).Theteammanagementinvolvesthe communication, teamwork, performance appraisals and objective setting. In this study, the importance of team management and its influencing factors have been analysed. How the emotional intelligence, LPA and strength impacts on the team management have been highlighted. Depending on the provided information, the study has focused on the integrated strategies, which will be beneficial for the team management. Part A Selecting your team Question 1 In this study, I have chosen a group of 4 members namely Emma, Tahlia, Simon and Sunny. Among all the members I have chosen this four these four people as I have realized that they have potentiality, which I can use as the team strength. Before choosing the group, I have focused on few qualities such as strategic building, relationship building, influencing and executing. Before starting the team management practices, I have tried to identify emotional intelligence of my group, because of this increase the competitiveness of a group. Depending on self-awareness, social relation, social awareness and self-management qualities I have decided to analyse my group for making them efficient. I have also noticed that LPA report is very important in the case of team management. Therefore, from the LPA report, I have selected the members depending on their qualities. As I have analysed the strength and talent on=f individuals, this has motivated me to select them for my project.
3UNDERSTANDING PEOPLE AND ORGANIZATIONS Question 2 From the LPA result and StrengthsQuest talent, I have noticed that Emma is a very bright student with the quality of consistency. I have noticed the performance of this student from last few days, and I have analysed that she has strong analytical power. This helps her in the case of dealing with strange situations. On the other hand, I have also noticed that she is very practical in dealing difficult situation and futurist too. The second student is Tahlia, who is very positive towards her work. I have also noticed that she actively accepts the challenges. The third student named Simon has the quality to take responsibility, and with the self-belief, she achieves his goals and objectives. Sunny is deliberative, positive and responsible towards his work. This quality has helped me to manage my team properly. This has also been analysed by me that if I use these qualities as my team strength, it will bring positive consequences for me. Question 3 In order to bring the effective team management practices, I have taken various initiatives. During this session, I have noticed that I group belongs to diversified culture due to this reason conflicts among the member's increases. For belonging to the different culture, the view of individuals is different. The ways of dealing with the situations are also different. Due to this reason, the conflict in my team occurs. As culture is an important part and impacts of individuals' emotion, therefore this can be said that this kind of conflicts in the group influenced their efficiency. On the other hand, I have also noticed that as the group members are specialized in the different field, this has created ego clash in the group. Due to this reason I have faced various challenges.

As I have mentioned the cultural conflicts in my team, which has impacted on its overall productivity, therefore I have decided to introduce leadership strategy for managing my team. I believe that in order to increase the efficiency if I introduce different events for them so that they can interact with each other properly, this will help me increase the effective communication I the team. I need to be more polite to deal with the situation. I have taken the strategy to train my team members without hurting their ego. Depending on the expertise, I will be given the task to the members, so that they feel comfortable with doing their job. I have also noticed that by providing multiple tasks, I can take a try to increase their efficiency. Appreciation is an important part of team management. Therefore, I will properly appreciate my team members for their work, and they will get interested to work in my team. Question 5 In order to increase the efficiency of my team members, I have decided to conduct plan in which has helped me increase the productivity of my team. In order to increase their efficiency, I have provided training to the team members, so that they will be able to deal with the challenges in the project. For increasing their analytical capability, I have provided them with the different situation and told to manage. As it has noticed the issue regarding the cultural gap, therefore, I have arranged different workshops to make my team members sensible towards others culture. In order to increase the LPA result of my team members, I

I have also decided to introduce the auditteam,whichhasplayedanimportantroleinthecaseofmanagingtheLPA implementing process. I have also focused on improving the emotional intelligence of my team members, by motivating them towards their work. Part C Analysis and reflection Question 6 Group dynamics is considered as the behavioural system which impacts on the psychological process that occurs in a group (Trischler, Kristensson & Scott, 2018). I have identified that in the case of performance, all the team members are doing their jobs with efficiency. This has helped in the case of increasing my team efficiency. As I have tried to focus on improving the leadership management system in my group, however, due to lack of monitoring the various types of changes have been occurred in the group. I have analysed that formatting process is the effective step taken by me in the organization it has helped me to help the team members to clarify their goals and objectives. Therefore this can be said that role and dynamics of my team has profoundly influenced the performance of individuals. This has also brought various changes in their behaviour, which has played to reduce cultural conflict in my team. Question 7 During managing my team, I have got to know my capabilities. I have analysed that I am very good at convincing others. In the case of dealing the cultural conflicts, I have convinced my team members to stop fighting, on the other hand, my strength is I love to take challenges. Therefore, this quality of mine has helped me in the case of handling the difficult situation.

As I am very positive towards my work, this positive energy of mine helps me in the case of achieving my goals and objectives in the organization. I have god leadership quality; this has helped me to develop the strong relation with my team members. With this, I have got the chance to understand the needs and problems of my team members. By managing their problems, I have encouraged them towards their work. Question 8 With the strength, I have has noticed my weakness, which has impacted on my overall performance. I have analysed that I am short tempered and have poor communication skill. In order to manage this weakness, I need to focus on developing my communication skills. I control my anger, I can do meditations. This will be helping me in dealing this situation. On the other hand, in group performance, I have seen lack of cooperation among the team members. For increasing the cooperation among the employees, I need to introduce different game plans for entertaining the team members. This will be helping them to work with their co-workers by enjoying the game. This can be an effective step for my project to engage my team members towards their work. On the other hand, I have also analysed that if I will introduce the rewards for my team members or involve them in the decision making process, this will be helping me to motivate my team members towards their work, which will be very effective for my project development. Conclusion In this study, it has been identified that the team management is a critical practice, which impacts on the overall productivity. This has also mentioned in this study that depending on the efficiency of team members; the team achieve its goals and objectives the importance of LPA in the team, has also been identified in this study.
