INTRODUCTIONIt is very important for a human being to have a proper knowledge of self as well asothers. Therefore, A human being should constantly work on improving his skills so that, he canenhance the life of himself as well as other people who are directly or indirectly involved withhim. A constant review of current skills and a necessary improvement in them will ensure highergrowth in both personal as well as professional life of an individual. In order to enhance thoseskills in a systematic way, it is quite essential for an individual to make a personal developmentplan. The plan would include the current skills that an individual might be carrying and how suchskills can be improved going further (Casey, 2013).
