speaking due to hesitation and nervousness. This will bring difficulties for me to gain support for
my new ideas and concepts from huge number of people. Along with this, team working is

weaknesses in order to increase my performance level and sustain in an organisation for longer
period of time. Having an adequate support from others is always beneficial while executing
