EXECUTIVE SUMMARYUnderstanding of self is important for an individual as it assist them in enhancing theiroverall personalities which makes easy to achieve growth and success in personal as well asprofessional career. For this, an individual should first identify its strengths and weaknessesthrough conducting personal skills audit and accordingly prepare an effective PDP plan. Thepresent report describes various aspects related to such aspects in brief manner. The projectreport includes The present report discusses the core skills which are required to be developed,reasons behind the acquisition of such skills, benefits of such skills in future and contradictionswhich are identified from peers. The project also explains the relevancy of skills in buildingfuture career. Personal development plan is also covered under this report which is essential toprepare in order to develop weak areas and convent it into strengths. By self-understanding, theindividuals are able to increase their performance through developing their weak areas andmaximising its strengths. Therefore, it is essential requirements of every individuals working inan organisation to enhance their own skills and knowledge which makes positive impact on otheremployees as well.
INTRODUCTIONUnderstanding is an essential need of every individual in order to determine its ownactual capabilities and skills regarding making decisions to build personal as well as professionalcareer goals.
