EXECUTIVE SUMMARY The report aim is to provide content as well as language integrated learning in thecontext of organizational behaviour and also evaluate own critical thinking skills. It also helps toraise awareness of different ways in which perceptions and makes sense of the world that helpsto develop critical thinking skills. The report present 4 different interpersonal skills such as focusand attention, time- management, team working, public speaking and describe how it isbeneficial for an individual's future development. It is necessary to have some interpersonal skillsin every individual's life because this will help them to learn more and achieve all their definedgoals as well as objectives to groom themselves (Flores and Gutiérrez, 2018). REFLECTIVE JOURNAL ENTRY PRO-FORMA 1- (Focus and attention)What is the core skill to develop? Focus and attention is the basic skill which every individual must possess because it is abrain's ability which help to concentrate in order to attain all target for a defined period andeven I also possess this skill but I need to focus much more on this basic core skill such asattention and focus because it help me in my future development as due to lack of this skillwill disturb me such as noise, stress, disruptive thoughts etc. (Hargie, 2018).Why is this core skill important? Why did I select this skill to reflect on? (use relevanttheories and concepts to support your answerI select this skill because attention and focus are those basic skills which help to learnanything, to pay attention what teachers or experts tell me and even to concentrate theattention while reading a book so that information and new knowledge can be memorizedwhile on the other side, without this I can never memorize or master of new material (Focusand attention, 2018).For example, being a manager focus and attention will help me to put documents is properplace in an office and assign work to all employees in order to do work in proper way. I select this core skill as it is necessary skill which must possess because a good timemanagement will help me to work in smarter way, not harder and even I can do work in shorttime even when time is quite tight and pressure is high. Also, tutors say that Self-discipline ismy major strength because this quality facilitates me to perform my work in a well-structured way. For example, is there amatch between how you see yourself and how others see you, or not?There is no contradiction between self-assessed and said by others because self-disciplinedand a multitasker qualities can make me to work in a time effective manner as it provideseveral benefits such as increase in efficiency and effectiveness of the performance (Hargie,2018). After taking feedback from my peers, I have found that still there are some areaswhich must be covered such I manage my whole work during my official timings. How might this skill help me in the future?
