INTRODUCTIONSelf analysis is needed for any person for personal development by this an individual canmake their own assessment (Derlaga and Berg, 2013). Each and every person haves somestrengths, weaknesses which creates a huge impact on their personal and professional work.Honesty is an significant part in self evaluation process by which persons can assess theiroriginal value. This assignment is having a self reflection and it contains four key skills and it'simportance in a personal life. This report is having an action plan by which an individual canimprove their weak points to be more efficient in their personal life. 1 Reflective Journal on personal skillsReflective journal is a complete set of entries of a particular time period in which aperson can write his self reflection. So here I am writing a self reflection on my core skills whichmakes me better to do my work. Team WorkTeam working is a process which allows to people to work for a share goal by theuircollaborative work (Baumeister, 2013). It is an essential skill to lead a work whichmakes a person better in their professional. It includes seven elements in it which makesa better team work like; listening, questioning, persuading, respecting, helping, sharingand participating. These elements a better team works to attain big targets in short time. Each and everysector having a need of team work in student or professional life. Listening makes mebetter to observe what the speaker wants to say to me. Questioning helps to me clarifysituations and actual crux of sentence and it increase my participation in class. Reasons To Posses These SkillAs I am a student so it is essential for me to be efficient to work in a team because wehave to make a project in a team. It is essential for me to posses these skills in mybehaviours by which I can make an easy communication and questioning with teammates which can support in projects. Most of the professional projects in companies aregiven in team so it is essential to a person how to deal in a team (Landau, Meier andKeefer, 2010).Another thing is that it increase my involvement in class which helped me in to learning1

Significance Of Skills Evidence And Current Level Of CompetenceIt has a huge significance in work and studies:Team work skills can help to any one to make a better project via increasing theircommunication.Most of the professional projects are given in to teams so this team work can help tothem to make a better project. By this they can accomplish their targets in the time and they can achieve goals easily so it isessential for any one to work in teams to attain their targets by involving others ion their work.According to Belbin team report, people which have different skills can help to them attainobjectives in time. Contradictions With Regard To These SkillsI have enough team work sprite in me which makes me better to perform work in a teambut some time my team mates creates problems in communication which decreases mycommunication with them. It means that lack of communication from opposition createsinfluence in my work. So some time our projects can not be done in within the givendeadline of tutor so they have give us feedback on this to accomplish all projects in agiven deadline by which we can make a better coordination in each other.Lack of communication deceases our values of workings which can decreases ourpotentials to attain targets. So coordination is a part in which I have some problems so itis essential for me to overcome on this.
