INTRODUCTION
Self development is one of the essential factor that is essential for the continuous
development of an individual. Self -development plays a major role in the professional as well as
personal career. A person’s needs to carry out a self- assessment so that he can become aware of
its own strength and weaknesses. It will help the leader and professional in remaining competent
and finding stability in this diverse market. A person requires few qualities that helps him in
carrying out its role in efficient and effective manner. This self -assessment motivates a leader in
enhancing its qualities, ability, behavior, and skills of self as well as others in the team.
Understanding one’s own capabilities help individual in improving its own quality of work. This
report will discuss the whole process of self -assessment and how it help me in my development.
The four skills will be discussed in detail with different assessment method that can help in the
improvement of this skills.
