INTRODUCTIONIn this introduction we are giving a detailed impression on Time management, stressmanagement, self motivating and problem solving. We have also included their four factorswhich are the importance of the respective skill and why its selected for the individual. Thesecond factor we are introducing is the reflections of these skills on individual current competentand how does it asses the competences. The third factor is the identification of these skills fromtheir respective analysis. The last factor is how will these skills help an individual to his future.REFLECTIVE JOURNAL1.TIME MANAGEMENTTime management describe its value that is managing the right time for the allocatedright work. I do have the time management skills for managing work on time which improvemyself and company growth. It is my basic role and responsibility to utilize the all timemanagement techniques with my noted duties. The work details will help me to create anorganized file which will focus on the important activities of work very first. At the last I willcheck my entire task on calendar to know the exact time for completing the task.IMPORTANCE OF TIME MANAGEMENTTime management improve the personal growth and develop the career. Timemanagement according to the theory of Maslow define the use of time which help to achieve theorganisation targets. (Catmur, Cross, and Over, 2016) It also helps for setting objectives andgoals, effective planning, deadline settings and managing the work on right time with efficiency.At the other side Abraham Maslow also focus to understand the organisation needs and timesetting for the accomplishment of goals and activities that no other can defeat.REFLECTIONS ON MY CURRENT COMPETENT REGARDING THIS SKILL. HOWDID I ASSESS MY COMPETENCEI am now sure about my time management skills that I have practices all the techniquesof time management. When I perform any task my collogues and friends give their goodcomplement toward my time utilization skills. My teachers and other leaders accomplish mywork talent and I submit my given work on time or within my deadlines.
