INTRODUCTIONUnderstanding self and others is a process which is required to enhance individual's skilland to provides motivation to them for attaining their desired objectives easily. For a singleperson it is important that they develop self an others through appropriate approach. These kindof ideas helps an individual to build a strategy that provide effective objectives and deepest corevalues easily. For this it is very important that a person understand their own strength andweaknesses that provides desired success easily (Baron and Lombardo, 2013). For individual'sweakness, it is important to get some training and development process to enhance their skillseasily. This research report is representing my core skills that helps to change attribute,interpersonal skills, activity, working capability and quality for different approaches.
