INTRODUCTION Understanding yourself self and other means to know about the strength and weaknesses of themselves as well as other people's. It will also help to get information about fear and passions, dreams, desires and preferences of ourself. Thus, to know about all these points people can developed their future or present career plans perfectly. In this report it will discuss the core skills of own self and also explain the other skills which is necessary to get developed in professional or personal life's. REFLECTIVE JOURNAL ENTRY PRO-FORMAT What is the core skill? Public speaking skill is very important in personal and professional life's. It gets changes the whole environment of business functions and also build strong relationship between the managers or its employees (Chollet, and et.al.,2015). Public speaking refers exchanging informations by writing, speaking or use some other sources like symbols etc. Thus, to send or receive details about work, based on effective communication which increase business growth andprofitability margin in market. Good interaction has many benefitsitincreasespeopleinterestinworkperformances.Verbal,Non-verbal, Visualization and written all are the categories of communication. It is the best technique which is used to expressed ideas and thoughts effectively in anywhere or every place. In other words it is a connecting way between people or staff members. Communication is not only based on exchanging news, feeling, information but also share or create meaning. Why is this core skill important? Why did I select this skill to reflect on? (use relevant theories and concepts to support your answer) Public speaking skill is essential for increasing business benefits or to developed own self knowledge or behaviour more than now. It is also very important to build good relation with other people and co-workers in work area. Thus, according to the concept of communication it will help in receiving or sending information or transfer messages from one place to another. I have to select these skills because I need to understand my self better than now. It will help me to know about the strength and weaknesses and also help to improve my threats which might be I have in my personal or professional life. or other people in work place. But on the other side Manager said that I am not as perfect as the other people in communicating activity with employees or other staff members. In my personal or professional life's effective communication is very important. Thus, in work place with this skill I can connect with my employees perfectly or share my ideas or thoughts with them. This will build our relationship stronger and powerful which help me to face competitive environment in business world. Through having good interaction with staff members help me to make any decision about business productivity and strategies which increase our company profitability. What is the core skill? Time management skill is the process of preparation or plan something on time. It controls the time which spent of special activities or other (Bolden, 2016.). Time management is very important for business growth and also for people development process. Setting goals or focused on aim which increase profitability and growth of company.
