A good and smart written skill can improve my performance and work style. I can use this skill for influencing people in my organization. It will also help me for improving my quality of work life. Theory of communication:Shannon and Weavertheory of communication is a basic theory. This theory is based on three main aspects i.e. sender, medium, receiver. In this sender is person who spoke on phone he converts the code into understandable language, medium itself phone and the receiver is a person who listen other side on phone and decode the message into his brain. By this theory I can improve my written communication. I can use this theory for read, speak and write. (Valkenburg, 2017).
