• There are different approaches and strategies for the service users in
order to full fill the basic requirements and give them best treatment.
• As per the case with Mr. Simon Pen that they are suffering from
multiple disorders thus needs much attention and required to pay much
attention in order to meet the needs.
• Mr. Simon Pen along with that it will be more explaining. Along with it
will be the more it will be the more challenging (Batterham, Hawkins
and Collins, 2016).
• Approaches and problematic approaches is the one more enlarging
effective for the service users enlarging process.
• It is the duty or responsibility of the service providers to take care the
needs of organizational behavior. Besides, service users are not in the
condition to take care of its self.
