INTRODUCTION Human services is the process of rendering the services to humans in order to stabilize their life and understanding their needs and requirement. The purpose of this project report is to meet the needs of humans through an knowledge base, and concentrating on prevention of issues and keeping a commitment to improve the total quality of life of work peoples (Bennett and et.al., 2015) . There are many ways in which the services are provided to the peoples in which one profession of medical doctor will be explained in the present report. The present report will mainly emphasize on the roles and responsibilities of medical doctor, along with the services it provide to the humans. In addition with this, the successes and downfalls of the medical doctor. At last the report will be wind up by recommending some suggestions for the well maintenance of the occupational group. Main Body A person who had completed his study in medicines, and uses that study to treat injuries and illness are said to be the medical doctor. They are qualified to diagnoseand treat people who are suffering from any diseases or who are ill. The main role of medical doctor is to diagnose and treat all the patients with disease and maintain mental and physical health. The duties and responsibilities of a medical doctor is to promote health education, manage a medical department, also has the responsibility of undertaking patients consultancies and physical examinations. The Types of services provided by the medical doctor is the emergency care, they provide this care for health problem and for other serious conditions. The services of maternity where a mother can give birth to their babies (Guerry and et. al., 2015) . Nursing services are also rendered to the patients and the surgery of heart, broken bones, etc. Along with this the special services provided are medicine services and physical therapy. The historical emergence
to the development of the treatment and prevention from ancient time to 21stcentury. In ancient time, there were many many medical doctors in the form of Ayurvedic and homeopathic Vedic which done the treatment of their patients by natural herbs and using vegetables. They were so experienced that they can even recognise and feel the disease and illness by just touching and seeing any patient. They even find easily the treatment of the small sickness such as cold, fever or cough. In ancient time the treatment was done with the natural things and by the healthy environment. In context with recent time, in the 21stcentury, the treatment has become easily for the doctors as many hospitals are open at certain places and many treatment are done with the use of technology and medicines. In today's time medicine are made up of chemicalsin labs by mixing together a number of chemical substance. Also medicines like penicillin, are the products of organisms such as fungus. Along with this, technology has very vast effect on the medical science, all the treatment and medical test are done with the help of advanced technology. Technology is also used to create images of the human body for medical purposes. The medical doctors of 21stcentury are using technology in their field to do medical test like ECG, MRI, Sonography, etc. According to Stanley A., The medical doctor is an individual who uses medicines to treat all injuries and illness to heal the pain of the patient. In the similar the study of Barry Groves says that doctors can be of different types such as superior or top management doctors prevents from sickness, inferior doctors treats actual sickness, and the mediocre doctor can attends to impendingsickness.Thepoliciesandregulationmadebythegovernmentincontextto Healthcare department refers to plan and actions along with the decisions undertaken to achieve health care goals and objectives within the society (Yang and et. al., 2015) . There are some major initiatives which are taken by the Government of India to promote Indian healthcare department asOn 23 September, 2018, Indian government had established Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PMJAY), to provide health insurance worth US$ 7,124.54 to over 100 million families every year. Along with this the National Mental Health policy, 2014 is to promote mental health and prevent mental illness which enable recovery from the mental illness and ensure socio-economic inclusion of persons affected by mental illness by providing accessible and affordable health quality. The achievement of the government in the medical field is on 23 September, 2018 Ayushman Bharat was established which is the world's largest government funded healthcare scheme. In order with this, the another major change was shifting from non-profit to for- profit as the changes in health care policy and increasing cost, many organisations decided to move from non-profit to for-profit. The change of Affordable Care Act, which is very scary for the peoples. The change of Use of data has also made in the healthcare department, as the medical doctor and other healthcare professionals are using data in order to get insight about their patients or clients. Apart from all this thesuccesses and downfalls of a medical doctor are that they have the ability to help the peoples in the form of treating their patients from illness, They also gain huge reputation and vast respect in the society, the status and power of the medical doctor is very wide, The career of being an medical doctor also provide lots of money in the form of salary with the satisfaction of the work and the special status in the society as they are protecting and saving the lives of many peoples. They also have the advantage of multiple job opportunities such as government hospitals clinics and private hospital and can also earn more fund by organising different health camps for the peoples (Chelladurai and Kerwin, 2018) . On the other hand, they also have very downfalls for being an medical doctor such as Long course duration and high fees, as becoming a medical doctor is a very difficult task. The fees of their education qualification is very high as everyone cannot be able to afford this, along with this continue the education and study of medical science is very essential as they have to keep them updated with the latest changes taking place in the medical field, as the medical doctor is a student for lifetime. They have the major downfall of long working hours, as they have very
hectic schedule due to many surgery sessions and midnight emergencies, they also have the responsibilities of the life of patients, as their lives are only in the hands of doctors. They also have a lot of stress and burden, due to busy and hectic schedule they get very tired. There are smoke suggestions which are to be recommended to the profession of medical doctor as they have very busy schedule then also they should find some spare time for them to read newspaper as they can be updated by this, because as per the modern time they get updated on the online sites, along with this the doctor must be related to their patients and should be engaged in their community and society. Along with this, the medical doctor must take care of the medicines they provide for their patient by analysing that they does not do any side effect to them. At last the major recommendation for a medical doctor is to suggest that they must have the humanity, as they are having many lives in their hands. CONCLUSION From the above mentioned report, it has been conclude that to understand the humans services is very important as this can saves many lives, and the profession in the following report is also necessary in the life of every individual, as they provide the treatment and prevent most of the diseases of the persons. Along with this, the policies and procedure made by the government related to healthcare department has also been explained which have meet the needs of medical group or field.
