It canhelp to overcome potential risk and increase the presence in the market. Boohoo can be use suchplatform and increase their market share and sales in different part of the country. There arevarious types of business transaction can be conducted through e-commerce as given below:Business to Business: In this business model where the wholesaler can place an orderform Boohoo website. B2B covers large number of applications which can also help to buildrelationship with distributors, suppliers, wholesaler and retailers (Fagerstrøm and Ghinea, 2010). Business to Consumer: This is another approach which can be used by the Boohoo inorder to increase its market presence and sales of the company. In this model a consumer canorder their product directly form company website. It is one of the emerging business conceptwhich is grow up day by day (Fawzy and Dworski, 2010). This is most expensive model whichrequired heavy investment in promotion and advertising tools in order to promote firm's website. 1.2 Advantage and disadvantages of online presence;As Boohoo is one of the fastest growing international retailer in the B2C business model.It provides large number of product in a variety of brands through their website. There arevarious advantages of such model for the company future growth and development of thecompany.Using B2C, Boohoo can expand their market in to other emerging economy such asIndia, China Indonesia etc. with a minimum investment (Gangeshwer, 2011).
