INTRODUCTION
Public sector is the set of organization which is being operated by the government for
proving its services to the customers, in order to generate additional revenue. German National
Tourist Board is an agency which tend to work on behalf of the German federation for promoting
Germany to a wider section of the customer base, this is done in such a way that overall number
of visitors is being increased. Evaluation on the impact of government agencies upon the tourism
within the country is being done in this report.
MAIN BODY
The German National Tourist Board is a national marketing organization which tend to
worked with the Federal Government of Germany for the purpose of tourism within Germany.
The organization is responsible for make several steps for increasing the number of visitors
within the company (Arnberger and et.al, 2018). Such that the revenue collection can be
increased and therefore, organization has to evaluate and develop working strategies in such a
way that it is able to achieve high work productivity. This include development of legal
legislation activities which the tourists have to follow. This can be seen in the present time of
COVID-19 in which the government has stop the travelling of tourists within the country. Due to
which the tourists were being forced to cancel their travel registry because of which the overall
tour and travel industry within the country was being significantly affected.
German National Tourist Board, is also responsible for advertising the country as an
attractive tourist location all across the globe, by which it can make sure that it is having a large
number of visitors. This is important for the organization because since it is able to track the
proper documentation of the visitors then on that bases has to ensure that a number of visitors are
being increased (Seabra, Reis and Abrantes, 2020). By which revenue collection and hospitality
industry working within the country are also able to achieve large customer base. Therefore, by
promoting Germany to the global traveller, German National Tourist Board can also boost the
performance of the private firms working within the country and by which
With that the organization also has to make sure that the expected travellers are paying
proper taxation and having a proper documentation for making their visit to the country. With
this step organization can make sure that the safety level within the country is high enough, so
