was provided various organisations which are operating their business in travel and tourism
sector of Ireland. They usually have their business operations in different sectors which are
mentioned below:

Private: In travel and tourism sector, most of the organisation belong to private sector
because they are completely owned by private individuals. Main objective of private
sector organization is to earn the profitability. In Dublin, tourism is identified as one of
the largest employers which has created almost 22% jobs in the past 4 years (Le-Klaehn
and Hall, 2015).Further, there are also some organisations in which the private
individuals and government both have their equal ownerships is considered private public
organisations. These organisations are established with aim to provide growth to the
travel and tourism sector and increasing employment opportunities for people in country.
These private sector enterprise have their important role in providing growth to the
economy and increasing employment opportunities for people. By organising various
marketing program these enterprises tends to attract more overseas people in Dublin. Public: It is the sector which is usually consists of organisations that are owned and
regulated by government and have their existence to provide services for citizens. These
are mainly found by national and local government with an aim of educating, informing
and providing services to their clients (Swarbrooke and Page, 2012). These public
organisations play an important role in hospitality and tourism sector by providing
innovative and authentic services for tourists. National Museum, National Gallery of
Ireland and Dublin writers museums are the major examples of Dublin based public
sector organisation. National museum is developed by government to promote the
culture and history of Dublin among the tourist. It is centre of attraction for tourists who
pay to get information famous archaeology and historical things. Public sector
organisation are source of employment for people in Dublin. Public sector enterprise in
travel and tourism plays an important role in providing growth, increase in tourist
expenditure, increasing employment opportunities, growth of tourist destination and
promotion of cultural heritage among tourist etc.
Voluntary: It includes the non-profit organisations which are developed by private
people, government and societies together with an aim to resolve the problems of people
and tourists. It plays an essential role in hospitality and tourism industry by providing

For development of new hotels, there are some approaches and planning processes
needed to be followed which are mentioned as below:
Idea: It is the first step of planning framework that involves new idea generation by
conducting market research and analysis of customers’ requirements for the development
of hotels in Dublin (Solnet and et.al, 2014). Information about appropriate location, areas
and availability of resources have analysed prior to development of new Hotel in Dublin.
Idea refinement: At this stage, ideas which are generated will be scrutinized on the basis
of accessibility, possibility, accuracy and profitability. In this, Suitable location in Dublin
will be selected which attracts more travellers and posses all amenities as well as
attractions. New Hotels should be at prominent places where Tourists will found all
