there are several travel and tourism businesses which are currently operating Prague such as:
Public organisation:

These are the organisation which have been founded by the local, national as well a
regional government to promote tourism in a particular location. The aim stated by public sector
is based on promoting education, information, technological influences as well as developing
culture, sports and media in a region (Olson and Reddy-Best, 2019). They have effective role in
promoting the tourism activities in country such as national gallery, regional development,
organisation as well as museums which has bee managed and ascertained by the government. In
Prague there are various public organisations which are currently operating activities in terms of
preserving its historical places, promoting them for better economic development.
Private organisation:
In analysing the operational behaviour and functional tendency in a private organisation
which is basically based on operating the business activities by means of collecting revenue as
well as generating effective profitability in market (Srivastav and Kumar, 2018). It includes
various organisation which are currently operating Prague such as Thomas cook, Private tours
etc.
Voluntary organisation:
These are the non-for-profit organisations on which group of people and individual are
operating the business activities as per charities and trusts (Gavrilović and Maksimović, 2018). It
includes organisations such as national trusts, tourism concern etc. However, the role of travel
and tourism organisations in this category for bringing the adequate support and development in
the economy.

Process and requirements in construction of hotel in Prague
In considering the planning process for the development of hotels in Prague there have been
various stages which would be effective in prior consideration before construction such as:
Eco-friendly heating and energy: These are the expenses which would be effectively
considered by the professionals in relation with bringing effective contribution in the hotel
construction (Planning Process, 2019). It consists of activities such as air conditioning,
refrigeration, heating and hot water temperature management which would be effective in
managing the operational efficiency in the organisation.
Waste reduction technology: It is being required by the professionals to consider the
proper control over reducing wastage. In restaurant or kitchen department of hotel there are

higher costs implicated on purchasing of best quality ingredients as well as quality of vegetables
which have been required for processing better food preparations (Sirgy and et.al., 2018). Waste
management would have impact on controlling the cost of operations. In this, hotel industry must
implicate lean path method in managing inventories as well as cutting down the volume of
wastage.
Sustainable Laundry: Brining the pleasant, fresh and hygienic atmospheres in the hotel on
which it is required that one could have appropriate cleaning and management of various
activities (Olson and Reddy-Best, 2019). Bringing proper room service, cleaning the bad-sheets,
table clothes etc. on daily purpose would be effective in bringing the presentable look to the
hotel.
Lighting technology: there have been various areas, locations, departments and public areas
won which proper lightening is being required to bringing safe and secure environment for the
guests (Srivastav and Kumar, 2018). Use of proper lights such as LED which are effective and
sufficient in securing the energy in proper making adequate control over cost of electricity
expenses.
CONCLUSION
On the basis of above report, it can be concluded that, there are various operational practices
which has been considered under the travel and tourism organisations. Prague is known for the
best traveling location for tourists and travellers stated in environment. However, bringing such
control would be adequate as per mitigating the economic challenges at the right time.
