INTRODUCTION
Motivation is the Procedure that initiates, conduct, maintains aim oriented behaviours. Its the
process that influence people to act in accordance to accomplish the goals. Its a very important
function of management that makes and create keenness amongst the workers to perform their
best within their abilities. There are various ways by which a company can stimulate motivation
on employees such as their need for money, want to get recognition, for the success of business,
for job satisfaction and many more. Organisational environment and social context also plays a
major role in inner motivation. There are various types of motivation from which employees get
motivated it includes Intrinsic motivation, Extrinsic motivation, Competence motivation,
Attitude motivation, Achievement motivation, Physiological motivation, Fear motivation, Power
motivation and many others. A strong motivation will enable employees to get increased output
that will also help in performance growth(Alhassan and Greene, 2020) . The aium of this report
is to highlight the factors that motivates employees to work and to get positive and negative
experience that an employee get at workplace.
