INTRODUCTION Understanding why people work is quite important from the point of view of the different types of organizations because this helps them in assessing the various types of ways through which an enhancement in the overall level of performance can be carried out quite effectively and efficiently in the right manner(Ali and Anwar, 2021). Therefore, in this report a detailed focus and analysis is required to be made on the various factors which motivate the employees to work. Additionally, a specific focus and analysis has to be made on the positive and negative factors which the employees experience as a result of their job roles. MAIN BODY There are various factors within an organization which can influence the employees to make sure that they are able to work in the right manner and contribute towards the attainment of the desired level of success of the organizations quite effectively and efficiently(Bjerke and Elvekrok, 2021). Therefore, in this way it can be said that it becomes very important for the firms that they are able to increase their efficiency and effectiveness in the right manner and are able to ensure that they progress towards the attainment of sustainable success in the future effectively and efficiently. The different types of factors which motivate the employees to work are explained as follows- ï‚·Salary- Increase in salary is an important factor which is required to be considered by the organizationswhileensuringthattheyareabletomotivatethevarioustypesof employees towards work(Hajiali, 2021). Therefore, in this way it will be quite important for the management of the firms that they consider it as an important factor in ensuring that the employees are motivated towards work. ï‚·Promotion- Promotion is another important factor which has to be considered which can ensure that the organizations are able to ensure that they can motivate the employees towards work. Thus, in this way it can be said that for the workers it is quite crucial that they are able to avail the opportunity of promotion which they are given which will help them in progressing in a right way in their career and thus ensuring the attainment of the overall goals and objectives quite effectively and efficiently. ï‚·Right attitude of the management- When the management of the company is able to display the right attitude then this can lead towards ensuring that the employees are able to concentrate in a better manner on the different types of tasks which they are given (Haroon and Shakil, 2021). In this way, they will be able to make sure that they are able to work in the right manner and are able to attain the desired goals and objectives quite properly which will be helpful in the future to bring an increase in the overall efficiency and effectiveness.

This can be quite useful in ensuring that they are able to help the employees in ensuring that the attainment of the overall level of goals and objectives can be attained quite effectively and efficiently. ï‚·Job security- It is very important for the organizations that they are able to ensure that they are able to provide the right level of job security to the employeesof the organization(Mello and Thabayapelo, 2021). Thus, in this way it can be said that for the workers it is an important factor which can channelize their motivation level. This will be quite important in ensuring that the overall level of goals and objectives in the future can be attained. ï‚·Increase in responsibility- When the workers are given responsibility it increases their motivation level and is thus able to ensure that they are able to perform better in their respective roles quite effectively and efficiently in the right way(Salman and et.al., 2021). Therefore, it is quite important that the employees are able to ensure that they take responsibility seriously and are able to contribute at their best towards the organization. ï‚·Hygienic work conditions- The workers are required to be provided with Hygienic work conditions and thus this can be highly motivating for them in ensuring that they are able to work in these conditions and enhance their overall level of productivity(Zafar, 2021). Thus, it is quite crucial for the workers that they are able to make sure that these conditions can help them in increasing their contribution towards the organization in the right manner. Positive factors which employees experience as a part of their job roles- ï‚·Challenging job role- If the employees are given challenging job roles to perform then this can help them a lot in ensuring that they are able to perform in the right manner in these roles and can contribute towards the organizational success. Thus this can help in increasing their motivation level. ï‚·Additional payment for extra work- When the employees are given additional payment for the extra work which they are doing then this can be helpful for them in ensuring that they are able to contribute at their best towards the organization. This will thus also help in leading towards an enhancement in the efficiency and effectiveness so that these workers are able to ensure that they can help in the attainment of the goals and objectives.

Thus, in this way it can be said that for the employees it can create a very strong impact and thus can affect them a lot. ï‚·Workplace conflicts- If there are too much workplace conflicts which happen within an organization then this can impact the workers a lot. Therefore, in this way it can be said that for the workers it can create a strong impact and can affect them a lot. Their performance level can be resulted due to this reason which will thus also create an impact on the overall performance level of the organization. ï‚·Lack of good growth opportunities- If the employees are not provided with good growth opportunities then this can affect them a lot and thus this can create a particular level of influence on their motivation level. Thus, in this way it can be said that for the employees it can create an impact because they have to progress ahead in their careers. CONCLUSION From the above report, it can be concluded that Understanding why people work is quite essential in order to ensure that the organizations are able to identify the reasons due to which people work and thus in this way are able to motivate the employees to work in the right manner effectively and efficiently.
