INTRODUCTION
Understanding why people work is quite important from the point of view of the different
types of organizations because this helps them in assessing the various types of ways through
which an enhancement in the overall level of performance can be carried out quite effectively
and efficiently in the right manner (Ali and Anwar, 2021). Therefore, in this report a detailed
focus and analysis is required to be made on the various factors which motivate the employees to
work. Additionally, a specific focus and analysis has to be made on the positive and negative
factors which the employees experience as a result of their job roles.
MAIN BODY
There are various factors within an organization which can influence the employees to
make sure that they are able to work in the right manner and contribute towards the attainment of
the desired level of success of the organizations quite effectively and efficiently (Bjerke and
Elvekrok, 2021). Therefore, in this way it can be said that it becomes very important for the
firms that they are able to increase their efficiency and effectiveness in the right manner and are
able to ensure that they progress towards the attainment of sustainable success in the future
effectively and efficiently. The different types of factors which motivate the employees to work
are explained as follows-
Salary- Increase in salary is an important factor which is required to be considered by the
organizations while ensuring that they are able to motivate the various types of
employees towards work (Hajiali, 2021). Therefore, in this way it will be quite important
for the management of the firms that they consider it as an important factor in ensuring
that the employees are motivated towards work.
Promotion- Promotion is another important factor which has to be considered which can
ensure that the organizations are able to ensure that they can motivate the employees
towards work. Thus, in this way it can be said that for the workers it is quite crucial that
they are able to avail the opportunity of promotion which they are given which will help
them in progressing in a right way in their career and thus ensuring the attainment of the
overall goals and objectives quite effectively and efficiently.
Right attitude of the management- When the management of the company is able to
display the right attitude then this can lead towards ensuring that the employees are able
to concentrate in a better manner on the different types of tasks which they are given
(Haroon and Shakil, 2021). In this way, they will be able to make sure that they are able
to work in the right manner and are able to attain the desired goals and objectives quite
properly which will be helpful in the future to bring an increase in the overall efficiency
and effectiveness.
