INTRODUCTION
For survival work is very important for an individual. Working in life plays very
significant role as it supports in making meaningful life with money, servicing others which
provides better experiences. Work is an important activity as it helps in building the personal as
well as social identity in front of people. Working in life gives an individual the independence
and better control over living. As working with different individuals helps in leaning many
things, skills, various abilities and gives various experiences which will support in future
activities. This report will provide details relating to the employee’s attitude towards work
concerning the various factors which motivates employees for working. Lastly, the positive and
negative factors which employee’s experiences as result of their job roles.
MAIN BODY
Analyzing the various factors which motivates employees for working
Employees attitude towards work are mainly concerned with the positive and negative
aspects which is related to the different phases for working in environment. These are generally
regarded as the state of mind concerning the specific attitude towards the workers, management
surroundings and the organization ( Almaamari and Alaswad, 2021). The positive attitude of the
employees will help in motivating and generates better ideas and thoughts about the workplace
as a whole. Also, the negative attitude of employees at the workplace mainly consisting of not
performing the task on time, coming late, laziness, will creates the negative environment as a
whole for working in the organization. There are various motivating factors which motivates the
employees working in the organization at the workplace:
Rewards and recognition: Rewarding employees is mainly related to providing with the
additional bonuses to employees for their better workings. The rewards generally motivate
employees for working better with enthusiasm and positive nature, this generally increases the
positivity of the work. Rewards will generally give in respect of acknowledging the employees
for their contributions for achieving the company goals. Financial Rewards among employees
makes them happier, as it boosts their morale for working better and with this it provides the
productivity in employees. Rewards concerning the financial incentives, monetary and non-
monetary benefits like health care, retirement packages. Furthermore, recognizing employees for
good work motivates them to work positively and give extra efforts towards their desired task.
Recognizing employees for their work increases the trust among the bosses (Fadhila and
Sulistiyani, 2022). These recognitions help in analyzing the employees hat their efforts for
working are noticed or not. These two gives the respect and appraise employees for their
working will highly motivate the employees and encourages them to better and efficient work
harder for the assigned job.
Development: Development of the employees is very important for motivating the
employees. Development concerning about providing training facilities for developing various
skills, knowledge and ability for performing various tasks related towards work. as it will help in
providing Career advancement and better opportunities for employees will enhance their interest
for working and inspires them to work harder for the job.

Leadership approach: The leaders and mangers of the company adopting various styles
of leadership will motivate employees in their working. The good leader will inspire employees
and motivate them for performing work with reasonable expectations (Mahmoudi and et.al.,
2017). The leadership style will encourage them for designing the goals and objectives
accordingly.
Working culture and environment: the working and environment will motivate
employees as with the positive company culture will promote and encourages better engagement
and compassion for performing the desired work. The working environment concerning the
positive and negative which specifies the physical concerning of the surrounding and with the
equipment’s and space of working and no physical working environment emphasizes on the
intangible which will engage them for achieving daily task on time by overcoming various
changes towards work (Nasution and Priangkatara, 2022). Also the open and honest
communication will create the trust and better conversation between different department
workers.
Job security and advancement: Providing the job advancement opportunities to the
employees will motivate to higher extent. As when the employees feel that they are restricted for
performing the particular job throughout life and have an opportunity for growing will
demotivate employees for this working better s by providing the opportunity to grow in company
and working in company will enhance their productivity and motivate them for performing work
for the company. Moreover, job security is also considered as the motivational factors for the
employees as employees feel secure and satisfied with their job (Nilsson, 2020). Which engages
employees for better working conditions which increases their productivity. Also notifying
employees that they are important asset of the company will be motivating them at the great
extent.
Appreciations and appraisals: The appreciation and appraisals are considered as the
motivating factors for the employees. As the performance appraisals are considered for providing
feedback to the employees about their performance. this is generally done to evaluate, measure
the employee’s performance and gives feedback for correcting errors and provides suggestions
where it need to be improved. The appraisals and appreciations will provide clear understanding
about need of improvements, reenergizes employees for doing work, also helps in refocusing on
the work for performing better and it increases the satisfaction of employees which will assist
them in meeting the objectives, growth, and contribute towards job satisfaction which will
reduces absenteeism towards work.
Analyzing the positive and negative factors which employee’s experiences as result of their job
roles.
The employee experience is being considered as practice and the perceptions which is
being faced by them through working in the enterprise while performing their roles. The
employee’s experiences will affect companies entire working processes for performing their
tasks more effectively and efficiently. As for instance the employees with the positive working
experience will commit to stay in the organization for the longer time. The positive factors being
experienced by employees while performing their roles in the workplace includes:

Encouragement and empowerment: The positive encouragement for performing job
and empowering to do the work better will encourage employees and helps in building trust
among the leaders and mangers for signing roles and responsibilities for performing different
tasks.
Belongingness: With the increased sense of belongingness will result in positive
experience for performing the role in the enterprise. This will encourage workforce towards
better engagement and working committed for their current assigned roles and responsibilities.
Sense of fulfillment: The sense of fulfillment is considered as the positive factor while
performing the job in the workplace. This provides the sense of motivation which helps in setting
the goals regularly by taking various initiatives. it also helps in building the positive relationships
with the team members in the company. Also the social experience while working for the desired
job will provide the better working environment with the shared goals.
Learning opportunities: Employees experiencing the culture with the better and new
learning opportunities while performing their roles in the enterprise (What makes a great
employee experience?,2021). This will provide and encourage them as learning the new tricks
and knowledge will aid in progressing in future and provides great career opportunity for
building the profession.
Flexible working environment: It is regarded as the positive experience which provides
the flexible working conditions and the work life balances. this has generally maintained
employee’s life in balancing the work schedules and the workload in proper balance.
Open communication channel: Employees which are given the complete opportunities
for developing the better relations ate the workplace is regarded as the positive factors as this
will help in building better relations and increases the effective communication which generally
maintains the positive culture of the workplace the open communication between the head
officials and the supervisors also the employee will give the sense of belongingness and the
importance of being valued and motivated for performing the work.
Continuous feedback and recognition: The positive experience while performing the
job and when it is being continuously reviewed with the feedback for correcting errors. the
recognition is being regarded as the best positive motivational factors for an employee (Tumi,
Hasan and Khalid, 2022). As for modifying the work of employees in right direction and
recognizing the extra efforts will better engage employees towards current working of the
desired job.
Furthermore, there are some negative factor which is being experiences by employees while
performing their roles in organization incudes:
Conflicts and unpleasant interactions with various employee’s colleagues and the
mangers working at different departments will be regarded as the negative experience of working
as this will arise the various difficulties in interactions also results in negative behavior towards
others. Also, the various difficulties arising while performing the unchallenging task related with

the operations. Furthermore, various distractions and the interruptions will hurdle the day to day
working operations while performing the roles and responsibilities of the assigned job.
CONCLUSION
From this report it can be concluded that working is essential for survival in modern
times. As it helps in making money which fulfills the basic necessities of life. Working makes
independent individual which contribute in increasing their morale, encourages to become better
in life. There are various motivating factors which affects the working of employees in an
organization namely the appreciations, appraisals, rewards, recognitions, development. also there
are various negative and positive factors being experienced by employees while performing tier
different roles in organization which includes the belongingness, recognition, flexibility. also the
conflicts and various interruptions are negative forces which at the working of employees.
