Motivation is the desire to do something. It plays a huge role in any organization.
The management want the employees happy and desire to have their long term
sustainability (Franklin, and Marshall, , 2019.). In order to attain an industry goals it
is essential for company to motivate an employees. It does not mean to provide a
huge salary but its a simple words or particular action that makes the person feel to
give there best and all level with In the organization . In this report will cover the
meaning of motivation and the various aspects that encourage people to perform
action. Further it will explain the negative and positive factors that has been
experienced by the employees with in the workplace.
What does Motivation Mean?
It can be state to the process which starts the particular for their improved
action in their given job role. It is primary involves the emotional, biological and the
social sources which can activates the single behavior (Sehnem, and et., al.,2022).
It consist some various features of motivation which can influence the operations and
some of are explained in below :-
Maslow hierarchical of need theory :-
it has five factors of human needs which is depicted in the upper level to lower
level in the pyramid of theory. Person gets motivated to regards in attaining the some
needs and take effective decision over others and these are justified in below :-
1. physiological needs - it is first and basic needs of the individuals these are the
basic needs that Is required to live life. It includes air,water, food and many other. If
any of these needs are not fulfilled the person can t live life easily. After satisfying
these needs the other ones arise.
2. safety needs - once the basic requirements fulfill the other needs arise which are
the desire of safety and security. It consider security plans for family and society. This
assist person to have the free mind set in relation to operate in an accurate
manner.
3. Love and belonging needs - it is the requirement where the person is willing to
have a friends ans loved ones to connect and a communicate with them at the
workplace or out of the organization so that they can feel happy or stress free.

and wish to work with good opportunity in the company whereas they also give their
precious time in resolving company issues as well as helps In accomplishing task
effectively ( slam, and et., al.,2019).
Promotion: It Is the factor which motivates the workers by influencing to their
goals it impacts the workers to be more passionate and motivate them to operate
effectively. The workers are designated to new level of occupation by increasing
their position and create them become more responsible and impressive by which
they become motivated in regards to activity in a specific organization.
Work Environment: it is the factor which assist in supporting and encouraging
the particular person by offering or giving health surrounding so that they can
