This report includes the purpose towards of the people work and helps to understand the
various elements of the motivation, which helps to pushing the limits of the people in order to
perform appropriately within their job or any type of the task. This motivate the peoples for
working in the continuous work has been done within the positive manner. Apart, from this
within the work culture the environment has playing the various factors such and the impacts on
the people either positive or negative that effects the most on the job profile of the employee
(Baumeister and Bushman 2020) This can result in the mental well being that also affects the
physical aspects within the negative job role and the profile. Now, in the context of the report
understanding of why people work in the organisation will be going to discuss in the detail.

Motivation is works for the mental and physiological wellbeing of the people, that can help
to understand the people behaviour within the group as well as on the individual basis. There are
also some internal and external type of functions in order to encourage and motivate the
employee, due to the reason employee can easily achieve the competitive benefits within the
organisation (Cairney 2019) These are the types of motivation that is associated with Maslow
need hierarchy. The theory of the motivation that is involving the physiological, safety, self-
esteem as well as belongings and after that this will reach to the potential customers, this will
happen through by only analysing the self-actualisation need within the organisation. apart from
this the external motivation have the main purpose towards understanding the needs of the
motivation within the workplace such as the recognition, perk, benefits and rewards. As well as
the type of motivation is related to the scientific management of the Taylor that has the aim and
objectives related to the external motivation. In the case if the company is giving more benefits
to the employee, this is the reason they get highly motivated and the outcome in company will be
more profitable than before.
