This project is based on the development of an underwater museum in Lanzarote, Spain. In this museum, art
specimens will be kept on display and the tourists will need to get into scuba diving kits and dive
underwater to see the specimens in the museum.

The main business need for the project is to develop a major tourist attraction in the area. The main
objective behind the project is to earn significant amount of revenue through tourism.
2.2. Product Description
The product will be an underwater museum with some art specimens that will be in display for the tourists.
This museum will be major tourist attraction and will earn high amount of revenue through ticket sales.
2.3. Deliverables
The main deliverables of the project are:
An underwater museum
Underwater safety system
Food stalls around the site Tour guide stalls
2.4. Product Acceptance Criteria
The main acceptance criteria include significant attraction of the tourists from around the world. This will
be reflected from the amount of revenue generated annually.

Underwater construction process might be very difficult.

The team meetings regarding the planning of the project must be completed within 7/10/14 after which,
once the approval is received, the project will be initiated. An overall estimated budget has been set at
