AI Summary
This essay explores the complexities that arise in project management due to unhelpful behavior among team members. It highlights how differences in opinions, cultures, and loyalties can lead to internal conflicts and a lack of cooperation, ultimately hindering project success. The author shares a personal experience to illustrate how unhelpful behavior can negatively impact team relationships and project outcomes. The discussion emphasizes the importance of team interaction and mutual support to mitigate errors and confusion. It concludes that project managers must address behavioral issues to ensure effective and efficient project completion, advocating for increased communication to reduce conflict and complexity.

1PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Decision on Topic:
The factor that I consider is unhelpful behaviour that is the reason for the project
complexity. I agree that the unhelpful behaviour in the project management can cause
complexity in the process of the project management. It is necessary to help all the employees
that are associated with the project in order to complete the project successfully (Rosso,
Martí & d’Errico 2016). One cannot work properly if the staff is not getting the help from his
superior. For a new staff help is always needed for him/ her to grow in the organization
gradually.
Introduction:
The complexity in organization mainly occurs when multiple people work in a same
place. The complexity mainly occurs because of the people those are having different
opinion, different cultures, and different loyalty on a particular program of the project. The
complexity sometimes works as the politics in the company where certain people do not helps
the other employees for a particular project (Pawlik, Piper & Mijares 2014). A project is all
about if team work and it is necessary that the all employee helps each other and a behaviour
that is unhelpful is cannot be accepted by the project management. The larger the team of the
project is the large complexity can be raise in the project. Unhelpful behaviour is the part of
the behavioural complexity of the organization. For example, when I was a new comer in my
office, I was facing a lot of complexities. I approached one of my senior for better
understanding if the project. My senior did not intend on helping me, leading to the fact that
the task I did was completely wrong. This lead to complexity in relationship between my
team manager and me. (Kloucek, & von Gunten 2016).

2PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Discussion:
The behavioural complexity in the organization can see in the several different ways
like for the project scope the clients can be caused the changes, delay if the decisions that are
important, interfere in the team of the project management, decisions that are taken because
of less trust (Bouillot, Wurz & Daniel 2017). Interaction between the staffs are needed for the
project so that any kind of error or the confusion is not created with the processes of the
project management.
The unhelpful behaviour in the project team some time can cause a major problem as
the employee that seeking for the help can be related directly with the project. In this case the
project goal can get affected by the employees, so it is necessary in the project that the al
employees are help each other to mitigate the complexity in the association.
In some cases the unhelpful behaviour is shown intentionally. There are many staffs
in the employees that are not reluctant to do their job as they want to seek helps from others
always. So many senior employee not willing to help them as they want they will work by
themselves only.
Conclusion:
To conclude the discussion it can be said that the unhelpful behaviour can cause lot of
complexity in the project management. The main duty of the project manager is to mitigate
the complexity in the processes of a particular project. The behavioural issue needed to be
solved by the superiors of the organization. If the behavioural complexity is mitigated then
the project can be completed effectively and efficiently. The communication between the
employees need to be increase to mitigate the conflict that will helps to reduce the complexity
in the project management.
